The pharmacy team is great and super fast service!

I usually go at night for snacks or other basics. I appreciate that this location is open 24 hours as not many in the area are.

Awful service as always at pharmacy. I never seen people move so slow. 3 people in line it took me 27 minutes just to pick up a prescription that was already ready. If you truly are this guys then hire more people to accommodate the increase of business?

Nasty lady working there in the morning. I waited about 5 minutes at the counter up front to check out while she was stocking a shelf, I told her politely I am ready to check out, she told me dont you see the self checkout I said I did not want to use the self checkout, to which she responded well thats what it is there for...ummmmm I am pretty sure that is what SHE is there for...to check me out...I dont get paid to check out my items. Super ride, I called corporate on her and needless to say I did not buy the items I had up front.

Nobody wants to work up front. They just tell you to go through the do it yourself section.

They allow people to turn in their script at the drive through window and wait 15 + minutes. minutestofifillf.acomplete

Terrible customer service, I hit the help button multiple times with zero assistance. There was also a person walking around the store without a mask on and not one employee addressed it. Bad service, unsafe conditions.

1st in line at pharmacy on a Sunday. Thought it would be quick and easy - not to be.Tried to get my flu shot- wanted to pay cash because my insurance doesn’t cover it and the pharmacist who was nice couldn’t figure it out. I was there 20 minutes waiting. Ended up going to Walmart and got my flu shot in 10 minutes. no problems paid $25.00

I’m always greeted when I walk into this store. They are always stocked, prices are too high but what can you expect, it’s convenient with it being 24 hours. It’s a last resort when you can’t get to a Wal Mart. This store is located on Us 1 & Atlantic Blvd so expect to see a bum or two.

Worst pharmacy experience. Called in prescription. Came by 2 hours later not ready need another hour to two hours. Came back 2 and 1/2 hours later and still not ready. They said they expedited it give them 15 mins waited 25 mins and still not ready and said expedited. Had to wait another 15 mins. Worst experience.

Im a long tine customer of this CVS and Im over 65. I called to see if my meds were ready my dr had submitted a new script. I was on hold over 20 min noone ever picked up the phone. So I drove there only to be told I had to wait 20 min. All this could hv been avoid is someone had just picked up the phone.

I was shopping at this store one day when the cashier caught someone stealing. i understand watching customers in case they’re are stealing but they make it too obvious. I use to go to this CVS all the time but don’t go there much anymore because they all watch you like you’re going to steal something making you feel super uncomfortable.

We’ve currently been waiting in the pharmacy line for 28 minutes-they’ve assisted customers in 2 vehicles. Extremely slow. Go across the street next time.

Possibly the worst managed and by far the worst customer service retail establishment I have EVER experienced. I will not buy a stick of gum at a CVS location in the future. I will also spend whatever spare time I have warning others not to waste their time and HEALTH trying to do business with this laughable location. Say volumes about CVS and their total disregard for customers.

Very unprofessional and will be reporting to corporate headquarters. The lady there picks up, says hello then puts you back on hold to just be hung up on. I would understand if this happened once but now it has been 3 times. I am in serious need of medication and can’t even get a hod of someone. If I was able to go in I would but there are circumstances that leave me unable to. This is never a issue when th guy is working. I expected more from this place but have now learned to expect none

While the pharmacy professional staff, and rest of front store personnel are very well trained and accommodating, this busy cornor of east Atlantic Blvd and Federal Highway is challenged by its location, as its not easy to get into and egress, getting out, is even more challenging. Between routing around local streets on two sides and major streets on other two, egress routes are prescribed and circuitous.Also, pharmacy doesnt open until 9 am, so not very accommodating for working moms and dads.

The pharmacy never answers the phone and the have the autodialer calling all the time and there is no way to reach the store. Writing the review after calling several times. The automated phone system should allow you to cancel the phone calls but doesnt. I will work with Walgreens in the future due to this issue.

Ive asked CVS 4 times to 1) remove my meds from the auto-refill, but they are still auto-filling them. 2) Ive tried to un-check the auto-refill online, but it wont let me, it reverts back. 3) Ive asked them 3 times to change my store to one more local, yet theyre STILL auto-refilling at the same store. 4) I verbally called and switched the store for one refill. Instead of the pharmacist explaining their need to contact the Dr, they delayed my refill for SIX DAYS!!! 5) Ive been on hold now for 10 min waiting for the pharmacy to confirm WHERE my prescription will be filled, and when it will be ready, because I reqursted a refill online this morning....but now theres no history of it. WTH CVS??6) When my 3 month prescription is up, Im switching pharmacies.

Terrible phone service! 1 hour wait and still listening to obnoxious jingle! Not the staff’s fault I’m sure they are overwhelmed... as usual corporate clueless mentality and disconnect. Very sad!

We stopped in here really quick to buy some wrapping paper and bubble wrap while on vacation. I’m 7 months pregnant and needed the restroom! I approached one of the employees, could have been a manager. His name was David. I nicely asked if I needed a key for the bathroom.. he very rudely rushed passed me and seemed like it was the end of world that I was asking. He states in an attitude, “ I have to let you in!”Okay.. well not a a happy camper. When I got into the restroom is was FILTHY ! A huge poo was in one of the stalls and it stunk.

Every single time I call to speak with the pharmacy Im on hold forever. I just hang up after waiting for 25 minutes and called the front of the store. They told me that they have received several calls complaining about the same thing. Also, without fail, my prescriptions take several days to process after my doctor phones them in, and the last 3-4 times, one of my prescriptions was on backorder

The customer service was very helpful. The girls worked at the register knew where everything was in the pharmacy. I will go back there if I needed something theres plenty of parking and its near the corner of Atlantic Boulevard and US1

Waiting on hold for 36 minutes to speak to somebody at the pharmacy.... I eventually hung up, guess I gotta make a trip.

Restrooms are closed after 11 . . . I wonder why.What an artful and easy solution to discourage certain people from entering the store.Disgraceful

I called earlier in the day to ask for the availability in a specific product. Not just a brands but products within. I get to the store, instinctually knowing I wasnt gonna see it. I walked in and for at least five minutes I didnt meet eyes with an employee, at all. Nobody was in sight. And of course, they did not have the items even though I was assured after confirming multiple times that it was in store. Waste of a 20 minute drive.

Employee KENDALL is very nosey into customer phone calls/privacy, very rude, orders around co-workers & interrogates customers about their purchases while voicing her unwanted opinions about their purchases. I have seen and had these experiences daily with her. And when I ask for a supervisor oh, there isnt one here right now she needs to learn PROPER customer service & realize she cant control other adults & to keep her dirty looks out of CVS!!!!

All the pharmacists at this CVS need too be fired and hire other pharmacists that love their jobs, plus know what their doing !!

The manager moinique at the federal and atlantic location - went above and beyond for my friends mom. Word cant express how sweet this lady is. I personally dont do much cvs shopping but my friend does - because of moinique i will now start shopping at cvs - the best customer service ive seen in such a long time ---youve touched my ❤️️ God Bless you and your family Ms Moinique!

Terrible phone service with the pharmacy. All I wanted was information. Just hung up with a young lady who took all of my info, including the prescription info, just to tell me that I would have to come into the store with all of the same info for help. She explained to me that even with all of the info that I have her, she wouldnt be able to do anything with it. So why the hell did she ask for it all?

They need a new pharmacist he’s a racist!!! I was there before two white customers but they took them first and filled their prescriptions but then going to tell me that’s why they have 24 hour stores !!!!
