Came in for a haircut and blow dry with Yasmin over the weekend after my mom recommended the Ulta Pompano Beach salon. Yasmin listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me some great tips for some hair concerns I had. She also gave me great recommendations for restaurants in town as I’m new to the area. Thank you again!

Today, I had the best of the best kératine treatment I’ve ever have done, by talented Denise. It was my first time using the services at this salon and I had no high expectations even if it was going to cost me $200 for the treatment. I am typically over critical especially when it comes to hair. It was worth every penny and the process was nothing like the other kératine I gotten in the past by other salons throughout S. Florida. There is absolutely no comparison with other salons due to the process and length. Denise is absolutely amazing and talented. Also the salon was comfortable, clean and nicely cold. I love this place — I can’t wait to return!Sept 28th. Thus after about two weeks of getting the “Keratin ” done, my hair is back to freezy and I’m not happy with this unexpected outcome. Therefore last week, I contacted the salon and spoke w/Denise who asked me return to the salon to inspect my hair and she thought that it could be that I have lots of hair?? At the end she said that she’ll think of something to do maybe and that she’ll call me back. Well it’s been 4 days and I still haven’t heard back from her. Thus what am I suppose to do now? This is definitely not a successful kératine and I’ve done them many times in the past. So dissatisfied

Can only comment as the husband following the wife but the lady who waited on her was really knowledgeable and helped my wife so much. like she gave her some makeup advice and turned her on to a new product that she is still raving about.

Had a really rude and odd customer experience here, this is why I will be going to sephora from now on. There was a mix up between products purchased and I oy realized after reviewing my receipt and checking the price of an item on the shelf. My cashier was extremely rude when I brought it up, because all this boiled down to was a simple product exchange for an incorrect item and she had a huge attitude about it. I WISH I had just caught the issue at the time of her scanning my items in the 1st place, because it didnt need to turn dramatic. Im glad her coworker was well poised and clarified the situation.

Went to get a few skin care products and Bobby was amazing help, she gave me advice and recommended a couple of things for my skin type that I purchased and will be trying ASAP! if you have any skin care questions, totally recommend to ask for her help! nice staff overall.

Just left a 3 hour session with Yasmin, and she is AMAZING! Nothing short of a miracle is what she did for my hair. Color correction is flawless, cut is fabulous, very very happy. Worth every penny. She did a very painless consultation and really understood what I wanted and was more than willing to take on the challenge of my long, very very very thick hair that to say the least needed some loven. 5 stars all the way!

I just buy my shampoo here. And I do maintenance here a lot for the company I work with. From what I can see there everybody is more than happy shopping there. Lot of people get their hair cuts there and Ill talk to the stylist they all sound very professional and always happy

This is a really nice big store where you can get all kinds of products for specific beauty needs. It also has a hair salon in the back, and a little facial place. Its a little overpriced for some of the products, but its a really well stock store, so you can generally find what you need. It has really good parking.

Horrible service was so disappointed with the work staff. Very rude and unpleasant comments. I walked out empty handed thanks to the employees working that day.

They carry a 5 free nail polish that I want to try. Regular polish caused my nails to peel and split. Christina was a delight and helped me find the perfect color.

Three young women were talking when I entered the store, and totally ignored the fact that I immediately went to a display of hair products at the front of the store. It was, however, not the kind of product I was looking for. I spent some time in cosmetics where, unfortunately, my shade of foundation was not available. I continued on back and found where the hair products were and was very happy to see that the line I was looking for was there. Alas, not the product I wanted. And there was NO-ONE to ask if another brand had a similar-acting product that I could buy. I then casually looked at a couple of other items, making my way to the front of the store. As I approached the front, I looked over to the now two young women at the front who did not acknowledge that I was there, let alone offer to help me. I had been there well over half an hour. That was my first visit and it will be my last. Not because the stock was out, but because of the complete and total lack of anything approaching interest in a customer. I hate to give the store one star, but it was clean, so I guess it gets the star for that.

Danni in the salon is absolutely amazing! The Color Awesome! she is a colorist! She is great stylist amazing cut this is the lady to see!

I just experienced amazing customer service. That manager on duty and the staff that were there this morning were all wonderful. They made sure I left with a smile on my face. They went above and beyond. They gave me a little more hope in humanity proving that I was not my just another customer but that they cared. Thank you guys so much!!

Great store! I can wander there for hours. Similar to Sephora but I think a little larger range in price point. You can find anything there. Will definitely return!

I seriously drove over an hour to come to this Ulta because they had an item I really wanted in stock. This Ulta is very new and very nice! The whole staff team are super sweet and really helpful. I was treated like a princess. The cashier was so nice and helpful with checking me out. The store was very clean. Maybe I got lucky because I went on a Friday afternoon and they werent too busy but honestly hands down, BEST ULTA!

I love Ulta. Although, if youre buying from this location, make sure your products arent opened. I bought a high end moisturizer and the inside was opened and half gone. 😬

Oh my goodness....you have an absolute AMAZING employee in Nex Ruiz in your Pompano Beach Florida. I am visiting from MN and we fly to the Bahamas tomorrow. I had purchased the non waterproof tarte mascara from another ulta store in FL. I needed a foundation and he was so incredibly knowledgeable and non intimidating or judgmental. He took the time to teach in such an amazing way! He also helped my daughter find just the right prom look. He absolutely knows what he is doing!! I hope that in some way Ulta acknowledges his amazing skills with Lancome and all color palettes!!!

Store needed a good cleaning in the parking lot. It is the first impression of the store. The sales associates were friendly.

Hit or miss with this place. Have a large selection, but at the same time, the staff could be friendlier. In my opinion, they need more “less” stuck up attitudes. Think they are Hollywood house wives.

Great place to buy beauty products.

I usually shop at the Deerfield Beach Ulta, but they did not have an item in stock that I wanted so I went to the Pompano Beach Ulta, store # 1358. I had a very bad experience with the store manager and the clerk that checked me out. Both were very passive aggressive and overall had a bad attitude. I was returning a lipstick and did not have the packaging, the manager first told me the lipstick was part of a set and I could not return it by itself. I told her this was not part of a set and that I had purchased it individually. She then said she didnt have that item in the store and could not find the SKU and could not return it. At this point she had NOT looked to see if the item was available. I offered to go look for it, and she decided to go look for the item after I volunteered. She came back a few minutes later and said she had found the item and proceeded to issue the refund. I NEVER had a problem returning anything to Ulta until I came to this store. The manager was harsh in her demeanor, did not smile or seem friendly towards me but appeared to be upset. The managers name is Beth. Before I checked out I witnessed her mistreating other customers who were trying to purchase some items with a coupon, she called them thieves and snatched the items they had picked up from them. She told them they were not going to purchase anything and told them to leave the store.The manager-Beth- is very unprofessional and appeared to be on edge or like she was having a bad day and was taking it out on the customers.Needless to say I will NOT EVER come back to this store, where the employees are mean to customers.

Very unprofessional. I made an appointment few days before, they called me the day of the appointment to reschedule because the stylist I chose quit. About 1 hour before my rescheduled appointment they contacted me and canceled my appointment again. Very unprofessional and will not be going there again.
