Dan and his team installed new impact windows and doors all throughout my home, including 5 sets of sliding glass doors. We had a few minor issues and one major one but they resolved everything. Dan was extremely responsive and everyone that came to do the work knew what they were doing. The minor issues were mostly scratches and me in general not knowing much about impact windows. They answered all my questions and even gave us a bottle of touch up paint after we pointed out 3 or 4 very tiny scratches that likely came from the factory or shipping. The major issue was a leak that took a few trips to find but Dan came personally and found it and fixed it for us. It has been over 6 months since the install and we are really enjoying the new doors and windows. Sliding glass doors that actually slide smoothly and look great are awesome to have and our new front door is beautiful. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for new doors/windows. The service was excellent.

I needed impact windows for my single family home in Fort Lauderdale. I called East Coast and they came over to measure, give me a quote and answer all my questions. I worked with Justin in making sure that I chose the right windows as there are different styles and shades of windows. Justin is very knowledgeable as he has been in this industry for several years. He is definitely a subject matter expert and was not rushing me to make a decision. Justin met me at their showroom on a Saturday morning for 2 hours so that I could physically see the windows and make sure it was what I wanted. I shopped around to a few other companies and ultimately I chose East Coast because they offered me a competitive price and excellent customer service. Before I placed the order, the owner came over to my house to perform a final measure to ensure accuracy. Once I placed the order, a few weeks later my windows arrived. The installer was Dan Beckham and he had a crew of 3-4 guys that installed my windows over the course of 2 days. Dan and his crew were on time, professional and took care when installing my brand new windows. Overall, I am very satisfied with this company and my decision to do business with them. They even came out a week after the installation to take care of a screen that wasnt sitting right on the window frame. They pay attention to detail and actually care about their customers. In 2018, I hired East Coast Windows and Doors after a long and very frustrating search. As I live in the City of Tamarac which has very high standards, several companies did not want even want to talk to me. One company actually laughed into the phone when I told the person where I lived before hanging up. Anyway, East Coast Windows was referred to me by a friend; therefore, I called them and spoke to Amy. She was so pleasant and professional on the phone with me - what a big difference! So, I scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Justin arrived during the time period and took measurements. After a few days I received a quote via email. After I obtained approval from my homeowners association, I spoke with Amy to schedule installation. Just like before, Amy was cheerful and helpful. Chris came to my home for me to sign the contact.The workman did an excellent job! They were very thorough. The job did take a few days longer then estimated because the building was over 30 years old. As I was unable to take more then one day off from my job, I had to make arrangements with neighbors to let the workers into my home. The workers always arrived on-time and never bothered my dog, make a mess, etc. When they were done the guys informed my neighbors of their departure who knocked up my place. Due to the superior level of service that I received from East Coast Windows and Doors in 2018, I hired them again in 2020 to install impact windows for three sliding glass doors and one bathroom window. Once I get the revised specs and approval from my homeowners association I will have them start the work. I am very positive that I will not be disappointed this year either.

Absolutely a horrible company. They tried to hide 3 bent windows that were installed. The customer service was nasty. They broke the slay bed inside, found out later they should or never been inside the house. Made the mistake of paying in full before the job was done. Stay away from this company!!!! I dont even know where to start, but this company made it alot easier spending alot of money (we had 11 windows installed). From the office staff to the installers we couldnt be more pleased. They were super clean and fast. The whole job was done in a day and a half. Inspection was set up for a few weeks after. Prices are very fair . Our new windows look beautiful and feel very safe. Someone in our community had recommended them and I am so glad we listened. If you are looking for impact windows this is the place to go with.

Long waited Review . I hired East Coast windows and doors to replace all windows and doors with impact windows and doors about 2-3 years ago. May I start by work was done in a professional manner. After they finished the project Dante from old windows was minimal to none, all I had to do was paint . I highly recommend this company . Field Workers were professional and polite. Spend your money elsewhere. I had a poor experience with this company from beginning to end. They left out a window in the purchase order, they did not include the correct information on the permit causing it to get denied, and the inspector had to come out twice. Sheer incompetence from beginning to end. I reached out to the president about my concerns and he simply deflected instead of apologizing properly.

My husband and I have used East Coast Windows and Doors to install PGT impact windows and doors in 2 houses and I would use them a third time. They have incredibly competitive pricing on PGT windows. They are extremely busy, but still easy to connect with. They are fair, easy to work with, and professional. In choosing the windows for our house, Ed (owner) and Justin (sales) educated us and gave us things to think about from a design standpoint. Once installed, they have worked with us to fix very minor issues with the windows. Very happy with every level of my experience with this company.1. Price: they run about middle of the road in cost compared to other companies. I was solely looking at PGT windows which are considered high quality.. They also carry other windows as well .2. Consultation: Very transparent, to the point, and honest which is what i loved. ( when dealing with other companies I felt as if I invited a used car salesman to my home. They would quote some ridiculously high price then ask for friends phone numbers, or to leave a sign in the yard for discounts.. which immediately turned me off)3. Customer service: easy to get a hold of by phone or email answered every concern i had4. Ed and his entire company are true professionals that aim to please their clients. We had every window and door in our entire house replaced. They were fast, clean, and did a beautiful job. And when we wanted our front door to open from the opposite side than the one they ordered, they came back and replaced the door jam and flipped the door around for us, no questions asked, no pointing fingers or arguing about blame. They just fixed it. If that’s not enough to show excellent customer service, I was really unhappy with the way the manufacturer put the colonial grids on my French doors. Ed sent someone to caulk and fix all the little gaps and imperfections. This was BEYOND customer service as the grids were the manufacturer’s doing and not the installers. But East Coast wants happy customers and they really do all they can to ensure that. And while I was waiting for all of this to be done, I was never asked for final payment; not until everything was completely perfect and I deemed it satisfactory. I am so glad we went with this company. What a breath of fresh air after all the lousy contractors we’ve dealt with remodeling our home. THANK YOU ED AND TEAM!!!

Don, the Project Manager, was able to help me solve a window problem even though it had been 10 years since they did the installation! Don was efficient and helpful but most of all, kind and understanding! Don went above and beyond. The installers, Jim and Wayne, oozed of confidence immediately as soon as they assessed the situation and fixed my window in record time after another company failed to do so after 2 visits. (It had a rusted rod). I am so grateful to these amazing people and gladly give them a 5 star rating!!

Highly recommend. I had impact sliders installed by another supposedly reliable company - what a disaster! East Coast was professional from start to finish. Their quote was on time and highly competitive. Their crew showed up at 8 am, worked all day without breaks, and didnt leave until 6 pm. They warned me the job would be messy, proceeded to cover all furniture and probably left my home neater than they found it. They sent out an installer just in case on inspection day. Inspection passed with flying colors - the inspector indicated that they were a top notch company. BTW, my installer told me he has been installing windows since 1988 and has worked with the same crew for 9 years. Consummate professionals!

East Coast Windows is the most professional contractor I have dealt with in a very long time. Starting with our measure call with Chris progressing through product selection with Mandi and on to pre install with Ed and then finally the icing on the cake; Josh and his install crew, East Coast Windows have exceeded our expectations. As a group the East Coast Team exhibit excellent communication, attention to detail and commitment to quality.I have been in the trades in South Florida for over twenty years, I interviewed four top rated window contractors and chose East Coast Windows because of their attention to detail. Do yourself a favor and choose detail and quality, you will not regret it.

I did my windows and French doors with this company, job was completed in the end of 2017. Installation was honestly poor workmanship. I had problems with finishing of the walls around the doors and windows. Installers broke some of the concrete to fit in the new windows and doors and instead of filling that back up with concrete, they used caulking. I had to reach out to a manager to have them send someone else to fix the job better. Can’t even say it looks great. But it’s better than just caulking.... They assured me that the caulking they use around the windows and door is mold resistant. Yet, I had mold growing shortly after the install was done. When I advised them of this they told me they would see when someone could come out to take care of it. But no one ever did. They advised me if I painted the caulking mold would stop growing. Well, guess what? That didn’t work. We painted the caulking and still you can see mold all around our windows. I think it’s crazy that we spent so much money to do our windows and doors all new around our house and that every single window and door has mold on the caulking. I have sent the company an email and am now posting this as a review so others will be aware of this issue. I hope this catches their attention and that they choose to come and correct this on going issue. I am embarrassed and appalled that after spending this money, our house looks like this.

Owner called to personally check on everything. Inspection went flawlessly, In fact, inspector raved about the quality of Premiere Vue windows and doors and installation job. Fair price for 13 windows and doors.End result: Our home looks wonderful, it is much more quiet and energy efficient. Neighbors are all raving about how nice it looks. Couldnt ask for a more seamless experience on a major renovation.

I did not have a good experience. I recently had eight side rolling impact windows, and six Impact Casement Windows installed. At first, because they looked so good, I thought everything was fine. After the crew left, I noticed that one of the casement windows was rubbing on the sill when I opened and closed it. My friend came by the next day and immediately noticed that the casement windows were not installed properly. He pointed out that all of the casement windows were crooked in their frames and some of the corners were resting on the sill. I used my level and realized that none of them were perfectly level or square. The top of one window was out at least an inch further from the bottom of the window. I have since learned that casement windows, because they open out on an arm (like opening the cover of a book), they must be perfectly level, square, and at a 90 degree angle on the hinge side; which none of mine were. After notifying them by phone and email, they assured me they would fix them. The crew came back out the following week causing me to take another day off from work. Even though I asked for their best installers, they sent the same crew out who did not install them properly in the first place. After explaining the problems to the men, I was told that the windows really didn’t need to be level. Yes, I was told that. In order to try and fix them, the windows had to be semi pulled out at the top (using my level) and leveled and then re screwed into the walls. This weakened the strength of the original screw holes. They work much better and open pretty good, but two of them still have a small drag when closing them. I just can’t see having them pulled out again, because I am afraid of weakening their strength even more. Rob the supervisor didn’t even bother to come out to supervise, or ever check their work. I will say that the other eight side rolling windows seem to work fine. They were always on time and the installers were very nice and professional to me even after I complained. I just wish they had been properly trained with Casement Windows before they did my installation.I had multiple quotes, but went with East Coast because they seemed like they knew what they were doing, and they had so many positive reviews. I was so excited to finally make this purchase, but my entire experience ended up being a disaster. Ed, who is the owner of East Coast, never even touched base with me. I will never recommend East Coast Windows and Doors to anyone.

I am not one to easily give compliments however....East Coast is possibly the most professional company I have dealt with to DATE in my house. They did exactly what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. Their employees were super professional and clean. The windows and doors were done in a single day basically and on the inside it looked as if they were never there. if i had to find a complaint I would say the stucco work on outside was not great but not a big deal. They also came back for some small items we found after and happily addressed them all. I would highly recommend them and welcome any prospective customers to contact me!

I decided to move forward with East Coast Windows after researching for 3 months and receiving quotes from 6 different local companies. We have a 2k square foot home in Lighthouse Point and retrofitted every opening with impact windows and doors. We had 18 openings (Several Sliders, French Doors, and a very large pass through-style, kitchen window that had to be built out ). We went with PGT and SIW for the entire home. Also, had existing shutters removed. We have very high expectations for contractions and work done in our home.... This company exceeded my expectations. Their pricing was extremely competitive and hard to beat. But, their service and installation was second to none and really impressed me, as I can be difficult to please. The installation crew included 4 guys and they were extremely professional, truth-worthy and respectful. We have 2 year old and an infant and they did an excellent job cleaning up and preparing the space and making sure the family was comfortable. The scope of work included building out two of the large windows and cutting back tile flooring for 3 sliders. The lead guy, Josh was a perfectionist and did all of the exterior caulking himself (very important for windows). His Lieutenant, Red, went above and beyond as well when cutting back the floors and fitting the doors. I would find it hard to believe there was a better install crew in South Florida. Ed (the owner), is also a stand up guy. He did everything he said he would from start to finish. He also performed the final measurements. ZERO mistakes made. This can be next to impossible to find in Broward County. Thanks East Coast! Will be recommending to everyone who asks in my neighborhood and network.

In 2017 we had windows and special French style doors installed in our home. The windows and doors are hurricane impact. East Coast Windows and Doors installed a total of 3 French style doors. One leads from my master king bedroom and two from my great room. I reported back in August 2018 that the master bedroom door would not unlock. One of the great room French doors woukd also not lock or close properly. East Coast scheduled me for an appointment two weeks out from the day I reported the issue. They sent a technician who confirmed the doors required a new locking mechanism. East Coast scheduled another service day to install the locks, but one week prior to the service day, I received a call from Don the project mamanager, who reported that the locks were not in stock. I have been going back and forth with Don ever since to nail down when someone will be out to repair the locks or to replace them. I rent my home to guests, and would expect them to be able to use the doors as an egrace to the back pool and hot tub area. Not having access to the doors has created a fire safety issue in my home. It is now March 16,2019 and I still do not have my doors repaired. East Coast has been giving me the run around and not following through on their service. I would recommend that customers look for a company that has a good reputation with taking care of their customers issues beyond installation. I have left several messages for Don and yet to receive a call back. My doorsand windows are supposed to be under a 10 year warranty. At this point I dont have any other recourse but to start a law suit.

Did a bad job on the installation my 8 year old could do a better job I was in the window and door busses for almost 20 years. I am going to have to reseal my dads windows so they dont leak
