The worst in customer service. Very rude, unwillingness to help. Too busy socializing with each other had to wait and when we were approached by owner it was apparent we were a disruption and he could care less. As he sized me up and down guess he thought I was not a serious buyer.

This was our second year having annual maintenance at golf cart depot with BAD service. I went back giving them a second chance also to support local business. Last time!What I found out for next time...All Star Golf Cart on US1 offers the same service and done the same day (GCD had our cart a full week both times). You can pay a service fee of $75 for them to pick up/drop off OR they send someone to fix it at your house. Also you can drive it in and save the money. Best of all when I called with a couple questions they were nice.Happy carting neighbors!

After much shopping, I purchased my Club Car from Golf Car Depot, in Pompano Beach. The staff is friendly, and I am certain I got a great deal. As this is my first electric cart, I have had many questions, since my purchase. Each time I have called in, the person took his time and explained exactly what I needed to know. Went in today and ask for a part. Made up something simple. Today it was a rear view mirror. The gentleman that helped me seemed very disinterested in helping me out. He really tried to rush me along and even walked away from me before I got finished asking a question. Funny thing is that I actually wanted to buy a brand new golf cart. I just wanted to see how their customer service was for something small before I made a big purchase. Needless to say they failed.

Had ordered a club cart from this company 10 years ago and it was fabulous. Ordered a new club cart with lithium batteries just a month ago. They had it delivered on time and at a great price to ship to our island which had been devastated by the hurricane. Great group to work with. Keep looking and do business with someone else, unless you like a rude and pushy salesman. They are simply not willing to explain options and features. They are quick to up sell you. Buy your unit online or somewhere else to bypass the a horrible experience here.

I have purchased many carts from them for over 10 years, both for use in the states and the Bahamas. I have found their prices to be excellent and the carts to be as advertised. One time there was a problem with a cart that was shipped to the Bahamas that was the fault of the shipping company. A call to Jeff put his lead service person on the phone who diagnosed the problem, put a parts package together with spares, and delivered the kit to the plane for shipment. When I have needed parts, they always have them in stock with better prices then the companies that need to locate them first. When exporting carts they handle everything and it is trouble free. I am very satisfied with all the support I have received from them and will continue to buy from them for my company.”

Just FYI no matter what you say here on the review - the owner is going to contact you to try and get it changed or reply with a comment that they did everything they can to fix the issue. That being said - the in house staff / owner were nice to me on initial purchase. I just had it sent back in for its service after owning it for 2 years. I asked them to change the tires to all terrain tires, replace all bushings, replace steering column and anything else that could have been an issue. I spent $1500 on the Service. I got the cart back the first time - wrong tires were put on it and it was not even close to being aligned. It would not drive straight. So they picked it back up - changed the tires and dropped it back off. It drove straight, had the correct tires. Then I told them something doesnt seem right - it feels like its riding super rough, I think there is something up with the suspension. They kept telling me no its fine and just blew me off. I had a friend help me take the entire front are off and check the suspension. The bolts were put on so tight that non of the suspension at all would move. It was literally locked in raised position - did not move at all. And again I emailed them to try to talk to them about this - and they just blow you off. I also went thru the rest of the cart - 2 of the batteries were low in order - this was strange to me because they had the cart last week and charged me for a battery service which again shows me they didnt do anything to the batteries at all. Long story short - Yes you can buy a ready to go golf cart here - they have a huge selection - but everything is overpriced and they hire really bad mechanics. I will not make that mistake again - I literally just threw away $1500 for my service. This is all I got back as a responseDaniel sorry you feel this way- we did our best to please you-I inspected the cart myself and thought it was in very good order- jeffDo your research and you can find places drastically cheaper with better mechanics.

From the first conversation I had with Mark to the delivery of the cart— I had the best experience. The team pulled off an epic birthday surprise and even made an extra trip to drop off the cart (prior to dmv inspection date). Mark was patient and no pressure allowing me to make my own decisions and Gigi was upbeat and thorough, making the checking process simple (and accurate). Even on my 11th call making sure we were on schedule, Gigi did not let on that I was any bother, but made sure all of the details were in place. Even delivery was on time. Rob made sure the red bow was ready to go, and took a sufficient amount of time to make sure I was comfortable enough with the cart to operate. Thank you guys!
