No lights on a carts are you kidding me. If you need to use at night guess dont rent from them. Had to install my own lights for safety reasons 6 passenger cart with zero lights pretty unsafe. Wouldnt even discount a future rental. Told me I should have asked. Contract states to make sure lights are on.

Place is under new ownership and changed the name. They really have no clue what it is they are doing. Their prices are through the roof and their technicians have had to come back 3 times just to get one brake job done. Find a better golf cart repair place, because this one is not any good.

My Father and I had work done on my Fathers Cart by Phoenix Golf Car prior to the Pandemic and the work they did was terrible and I would recommend staying far away from this unethical company. Do your heart and pocket a favor and stay away. They do shoddy work and they were kicked out of the retirement community which we live. In my humble opinion; I believe they knowingly take advantage of the elderly population in South Florida. And there should be an investigation into this companies dealings and unethical business practices.I offered to help them with their reputation management goals, but was turned off by their treatment of my Father and their use of black hat techniques to overcome their extremely bad reputation.

4 weeks in the shop the first time for a tune up .I sent it there and it came back $800 later and they didnt repaired why I sent it to them so they picked it up and now another $200 and two weeks now .So a total of $1000 + 6 weeks and I still dont have the kart and I got kart back and still have carb issues
