The people I worked with have been extremely helpful during a master bathroom remodel. I would consider myself an expert as I like to research as much as possible about the topic, and I do have tiling experience. They answered my questions clearly and took their time to explain everything to me.

BEWARE - ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES - The salesperson, Kamil, never mentioned their extreme policy while I was in the store or on the phone placing my order. VERY BAD BUSINSS PRACTICE!I went into the store with a tile from another shop and found what I thought was a close match. Sadly, the color of the actual tile is so different that I am writing it off as a loss and starting over. What a shame! Dont make the same mistake I made - buy a sample first! Or better still, go to another store with a normal return policy - there are tons to choose from in the area.

Mark and the sales staff were kind and patient as we took some time to make our decision. The installation went without any problems, the installers were respectful of our home. They responded to all our requests and needs. Thank you so much for a great experience!

Flooring World has been taking care of my flooring needs for 2 years. I have remodeled and suggested Flooring World to my friends. I have been pleased with Flooring Worlds performance so much that Ive remolded my whole house; from the kitchen to the patio. Mark has been extremely accommodating with our tight schedule while being meticulous with his work.

It was not a smooth process completing our bathroom renovation with some tile installation issues along the way . But Mark responded to our concern and rectified the problem readily. Overall we were satisfied with the result and how well the large format tile in the shower turned out to be.

Bought a toilet for my bathroom. People are very helpful.

I came in the shop intending to remodel my floor, but there was hundreds of tiles and different varieties of bathroom sinks, I didnt think I was going to be remodeling my bathroom too.

Material came in a week of purchasing, if it wasnt for the quick delivery I wouldnt be able to finish my fathers house before I fly out.

Mark and the Staff at Flooring World are simply magnificent! Three years ago they mud set a tile job in my home. Everyone still comments how beautiful the tile is and what a beautiful installation. Last week we had them put wood look tile in my father in laws condominium and that too is magnificent. Mark demands quality work and follows through to supervise the work. I have no pictures, but offer them to show my home(s) anytime. I will be using them for kitchen and bathrooms in the near future. It is wonderful to have someone you can trust!!

We have worked with Mark and his staff for over 7 years. He has redone our master bathroom and installed marble floors in our entire downstairs. Most recently we bought the tile from him for another bathroom and we are now working on getting kitchen back splash tile and tile for another bathroom from Flooring World. We keep going back to Marks place for the selection, quality and customer service. All are excellent!!

Spent a while in the store since theres such a wide selection, but with a little bit of help I found the right tile for me.

As the owner of an Interior Design firm with 36 years experience I havenever been talked to so disrespectfully in my entire career by the Store Manager. I paid a $100 deposit for a measly 4 samples for a renovation project as was told by the salesperson I could therefore keep them beyond 3 days. Then the Covid ordeal happened and this project was put on hold. Non-Essential businesses were forced to shut down so I was unable to return them. This foreign speaking store manager said they were only shut down for 1 day. Oksy if thats true then he broke the law. He raised his voice at me, was downright nasty, said how do you expect us to make any money, and refused to give me my deposit back. I will never do business with this store.

Whether it is 10 boxes or 1000 boxes, Flooring World can get it for you. Marks ability to listen to you and be receptive to your needs is not a concept that is lost to him - the faith I know I can put into the staff here has ensured a life-long customer. Ill be sure to tell all our friends about this store.

May 2020..My issue is with Elwira at Flooring World in Pompano Beach. I paid her $250.00.She came to my home in Broward County, she did the measurement of my kitchen and floor.She was supposed to show me my kitchen in 3D/in the computerand call me back with the estimated prices.ButShe cashed my check,which was no problem on same day she came out. She has not contacted me at all.She lied and was dishonest with me. A lesson learned,this is a Shady business place.By the way my kitchen is small and not midsized.Thank you Readers

Not sure who YOU dealt with but, Mark is the greatest. I had issues with the installer that I chose and the job was a mess. Mark personally came to my house to see what was happening, and gave me lots of solutions. He didnt have to go out of his way to help----but he did. I hired his installers, and within a short time, all was replaced and looks great. He has a GREAT selection in all types of tile. Customer service is a lot of things to a lot of people----- I work in this field, I know. His positive can do attitude, and follow through are commendable. If you want a Great product, with someone who does business well-----Shop here. THANKS to you and the entire shop I have the bath/kitchen I wanted.

Replaced the tile in our kitchen, dining room and family room. Great selection of tile in the store and good prices. The job was started and completed when promised. The installers did an excellent job of protecting our furniture and other rooms that were not involved with the demolition of the old tile. The new tile was installed beautifully. Very pleased with the whole process and would definitely use them again.

I discovered Flooring World on my home after being stood up for an appointment with another flooring company. I was so glad I did.The show room is beautiful with so many choices of tiles. Howard made a suggestion that was even better than my original plan for flooring. We also discussed base boards to be installed throughout my home.Mark, the owner, called the same day to set up an appointment to come to my home measure and suggest baseboard solutions. He certainly knows his business and is the utmost professional, as well as being a very nice person.The installers were professional and polite, and did an amazing job. They left my home spotless. Mark the owner was the nicest man ever while constructing my bathroom floor and my living room floor while on the job he was funny and hardworking and didnt cut any time away from working. Once he was on the job he was committed. Probably my most well spent store in a long time.

We purchased 8x48 porcelain wood look tile from Flooring World and had Mark perform the installation in our 2/2 condo in Boca Raton. The installers were prompt, worked through the day non stop and treated our in place tenants belongings with great care. They produced an exceptional installation we are very happy with. Overall, cost was in line with going rate but they exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend for tile selection and installation services.

They gave me very helpful advice while selecting the tiles for my bathroom, they installed the bathroom very swiftly and beautiful.

Mark and all of his associates did fantastic work. They were ripping the old floor out the day after we agreed on price and choice of material. We had a lot done. Three floors in large rooms and two bathrooms were completely gutted. We found plenty of choices at Flooring World for the floors and the bathroom necessities. Some outside contracting needed to be done. Mark made sure all work was completed and looked great. In the end, the set price never changed and all work was done with an artfulness beyond our expectations. We are very happy to have found Flooring World. .....They came to South Miami from mid Broward County to do all this.

Be careful with this store FLOORING WORLD is a scam business. Me and my wife we went there to purchase tiles for the house we are remodeling. When we picked up the tiles the guy did not want us to open any box and he assured us that everything is there. since my wife she s pregnant and we had to do 2 trips to get this tiles home we trusted the guy. when we got home and the contractor started the bathroom remodeling we notice we are missing 12 sq of tile $35 each. We called the store and we got a bad attitude owner on the phone from POLAND saying that not only we wont get the missing pieces but we wont even get the money back and if we want the rest of the tiles we should pay extra. basically this people are fraud they charge my card with an amount and they stole from the merchandise. PLEASE BE AWARE IF YOU ARE GOING TO BUY FROM HERE MAKE SURE YOU OPEN EACH BOX even if it takes all day long! With this people there is no return also btw! Worst people nasty attitude and as a message to the owners. WE ARE IN AMERICA NOT IN POLAND!!! One day you will get busted for the way you treat the customers!!!

We liked a tile from this store and they gave us a sample to take with us. Based on that we ordered a large quantity (1700 sq ft). What they delivered was a lower quality tile than the sample from we received. When we went to the store to discuss, the owner (Mark) was extremely rude and he was literally yelling at us for having the guts to question the product, claiming he did not see any difference whatsoever between the sample and what he delivered. When we insisted he unbelievably said tile quality is not his responsibility .. that he is only responsible for selling.!! And that if I had any complaints that I should take them to the distributor.So the bottom line we ended up with a product that we dont like .. not to mention all the aggravation and the poor treatment. I guess he behaves as is he still doind business in a third world country!I strongly recommend to stay away from this store. Go only to a reputable one that treats you well and accepts unconditional returns (e.g. Floor & Decor).

I had a horrible experience too. The cabinets were damage, and he did not stand behind the product, he is so rude, so terrible to deal with. Unfortunately I bought all at once and he was so nasty, its not return, not refund, not customer service that all. You fall in love how everything looks and the price, but does not matter because you have to throw away most of the stuff an buy a new one. I do not recommend to anyone to buy here, he really thinks is in Poland and has not respect for anyone. His wife is worse or the same, horrible experience.

Be very careful when purchasing from this family owned business. They do not honor their sale price or other advertisements in the store. The sales staff are not very helpful and even act a little arrogant. We prefer purchasing from the locally owned businesses but this is one to stay away from.

I went to this store and I liked what they had, so when I called the next day to make the reservation the salesman didnt either answer my phone or get back to me. next day I called again and in rude tone he said that the marble went up 50% and I had the quote on writing. He said that I couldnt afford it, I guess I can spend my 20k dollar in other store. Awful customer service and probably the worst salesmen I have ever met. As a business owner I would fire inmediately this kind of unprofessional salesperson.

The owner of FLOORING world demanded an additional $2000 MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE to complete the job when it was hAlf completed,he also threated legaL ACTION AND STATED HE WOULD NOT COMPLETE THE JOB IF I DIDNT IMMEDIATELY PAY $2000 MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE. I PAID THE ADDITIONAL $2000 UNDER DURESS, AND STILL HAD TO ARGUE WITH HIM FOR SEVERAL MORE DAYS BEFORE HE COMPLETED TH JOB. BE ADVISED DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY WITHOUT AN ATTORNEY APPOVED CONTRACT IN WRITING BEFORE ANY MONEY IS PAID
