Never had a problem, theyre are obviously good at what they do because I wouldnt keep going back. Very helpful and have no reservations referring them.

This company and owner is a total piece of work! I feel They are running a scam in the form of warranty work. From the time I took my pressure washer here and walked In the door with a new Simpson the owner said he has never done a warranty job and he doubted this was going to be either. He called pressuring me to spend $700 To fix a $650 machine. When I refused he charged me $100 to even come get my machine. I felt like it was a mistake from the time I walked in the door. DO NOT GO HERE, Go anywhere else for small engine repair.

Do not use this company, total scam. They will quote you one price then charge you three times as much, took them three weeks to finish my equipment, runs worse than when i took it to them. Avoid this company

The father and son duo ( Kyle and Dustin) that run this place are total scam artists. I took a generator and compressor there for service, they held it for one year and destroyed my property. I had to get the police involved to get my stuff back. DO NOT TAKE YOUR THINGS HERE...

Say what you want but they were great. Took the time to research my parts and went out of the way to locate them.

I absolutely love this shop! Dustin and his Dad always take good care of my small engine needs. They are very knowledgeable, and super courteous. Everytime I call they always seem to know just how to solve my problem. The shop doggie Brutus is also part of the friendliness. This shop definitely has earned my repeat business. I cant imagine going anywhere else. Swing by, you wont be disappointed.

Bought pressure cleaner to the shop it was there for two months, it was never worked on. These people do not tell the truth. Avoid them at all cost.

So I brought in my Honda eu2000i because the engine was locked up and they hold it for 2 weeks and when I told them I wanted to pick it up because they didn’t fix it, I was told there was a fee of $45 dollars just because supposedly they had looked at it. The truth is they did nothing to it. I took it home and I fixed it myself in like 30 minutes work.! Definitely I won’t be coming back to them neither I will send anyone to get scammed like that!!

Before Irma hit. I literally went up-and-down the East Coast looking for parts for my calculator. It was closing time took me under his wing explain to me exactly what I needed to do he had the parts and thanks to him I have power for 3 days until it was restored in my neighborhood. I would use and again and again excellent company

The owner is a scammer, i went to get my pressure washer checked and he told me that if the cost was more than $100 he would give me a call back. A week passed and he called back saying that the cost was $180 and i needed to go and pick it up, although i just wanted a estimate first and know how much the fix would cost before hand. The guy knows how to set it up to where you have to pay the fix. The pressure washer had some new parts and he still put the cost down on the invoice. If you want to save your money and not get scammed dont bother wasting your time with this business.

What a nice experience it was to deal with Kyle at A1 Small Engine Repair on the North bound side of Dixie Hwy between Atlantic blvd and SW 6th St. Kyle is more than fair with the service fees and both my pressure cleaner and my industrial shampooer were done the next day. If you come here for your small engine service or to purchase a refurbished pressure washer or generator, you will know exactly why this man is in business

I wish I would have read all these reviews before I went there the worst customer service Ive ever experienced in the blue collar industry. The gentleman dare acted like a complete jackass. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Was yelled at in the parking lot and had other business owners come out and calm the guy down. Serious what is thus guy drinking.

Think I got lung cancer from going in here. Guy in there smoking like a chimney, with extra cig behind each ear. Only in there like 5 mins and my clothes STINK like cig ash tray and I can even still taste it in my throat. Nasty.

Took my pressure washer into business; I was charged 180 dollars. I was told it was the timing and he took the engine aoart. Skip gave me a 30 day guarantee. I got it home and it worked for 20 minutes. Did the same thing I took it in for. I called him and he tried to say did you put fresh gas in? Of course I did! You think he would have taken gas out like I did but no he left gas in it, so I had to drain the gas to put fresh gas in the washer. Took it back, and he tried to blame me; he further told me he never took it apart, blantant lie, so the reality is he just cleaned the carburator, and really never took it apart. A total dishonest man. He than said it would be 200 to fix, so much for your 30 day guarantee. He said he would work something out; he never called and never fixed the washer. Well, I will see him in court, Lesa Endress Attorney at Law.

I thought I had to throw out my old leaf blower. I took it into this place. And they fixed it for $3. They replaced the gas lines while I waited 10 minutes.

Very brick-and-mortar. The guy who runs the place is chill, but man that guy hell talk your ears off. This guy knows any kind of small engine I throw at him Ill show him a random part and hell tell me what engine is from just by glancing at it.
