Bad bad bad, they had four emplyees working in the garden center and not one register was open in that department. Bad for people who conveniently parked in that area because if disability reasons. Called the store manager and spent over twenty minutes waiting on the phone the first time then they hung up on me. I called again and spent another ten munutes and no manager ever came to the phone. I had to make the purchase by the main entrance, after the purchase I went to custommer service. No manager there. Went back to the garden center and the manager there left the area as soon as I was going to adress him, also the greeter had no radio communication in case of emergencies or service had No idea what to do and one of the service desk clerks was gone for more than thirty minutes. Unacceptable!!!
