I had worked for EST Performance. I had just relocated to South Florida and need of a job. The owner hired me on at$10.00 an hour. Even though I t isnt a living wage I found myself taking on this job because it was something that I wanted to learn my ore about. I found another job making more money and had explained this to the owner. That at 10 an hour and working 7.5 hours a day 32 hours a week I would be unable to support myself let alone a family. Im happy to say I found a company that sees my value and pays accordingly for my services. I asked the owner to Zelle my $110.00 dollars and he refused to such. He said he would mail it . I gave me address to send over my earnings and had never sent it as well. Ive called and left messages with out a response back. And our last conversation threatened to take money from my check because of a missing socket. I assured him I did not take. He was happy with my performance while working for him, and I have the text message from our last conversation to show,and back every one of my statements.

Every time I had to deal with a my car service EST Performance always took great care for me. It is hard to find a reliable business, and as a woman who is completely clueless about car I am an easy target to be taken advantage of. They also have such an extensive network of other business that are specialized in BMW and other vehicles, so you know your will be taken care of. I trust them, and I highly recommend to all of my BMW owners out there!

Amazing customer service, from beginning to end. Showed up on Friday morning (without an appointment) at 10am and they took care of me without hesitation. Love the quality of work, along with their straight honesty and transparency. The Customer Service offered is one of the best I have received so far in this industry. Great shop, great customer service, and very straight forward person. No BS, if something doesn’t work right, he’ll make it right. He will work with you on your bmw issues and make things right. Definitely would recommend to anyone with a 335i or 135i. Also has great selection of parts for said cars.

Bought a used engine from the company online. Everything matched the description when the engine arrived. I was also sent pictures of the engine being packaged up. The shop notified me that there was a delay with pickup, which was the shipping companies fault. Overall I was pleased with my online purchase from ESTPerformance.

Do not come here. Very dishonest people that plays games. They will change the price to double of the agreed amount. Very bad for business and the level of unprofessionalism this place prove is beyond words. Do not come! Do not trust. I am reporting this to the BBB

Bought a n54 water pump for 125 bucks from the owner, got home to find out it had micro cracks on it, had to put it in my car because mine was broken. 5 days later the pump fails and the owner wont do anything about it. Dont do business with them, better of buying on eBay or from manufacturer. My engine failed 45 mins later after I left their shop trying to see if they could have replaced the damaged one he sold me (that was in the car at the moment ) got ripped of for 125 bucks and now I have a dead engine
