Ok first I was in a bad mood, customer wanted to fix nail holes left by artwork, and lots of them. But he wanted the same color background, oh yes he wasnt going to pay me for the repainting of his whole house unless this was done. I already painted the outside. Anyways I had a color match done. Pamela helped me, I was sure the match was going to be off. But it was spot on, no I mean you could not tell. Saved me time and money, I went in as a customer, but left as a friend. Thanks Pamela

Worst of the worst customer service. I have shopped and purchased from Sherwin Williams for over 30 years from several different states and I can tell you, the 2 girls working at this particular store were Nasty!!! Ugly personalities and Nasty demeanors.

Just got off the phone with Michael. Very professional and kind. Due to the covid19 pandemic, we will be picking up curbside. They couldnt make this any easier. Totally recommend.

I walked in 20 minutes before closing and was greeted with a smile and not rushed at all. The very very nice salesman went out of his way to help me and make sure I had everything I needed.

Sent homeowners to pick up 3 gallons of paint from this store, could not believe when they got back to job the price,$68/ gallon! I lost it ...grabbed homeowner went back to store to confront sales person. Turns out its store manager. First thing out of her mouth oh gee I forgot to give u a $30 discount. Then she. I requested money back she started with its mixed paint and she couldnt return money.after a minute or two of me ranting that there was no way in hell I was paying $68 a gallon for any paint and taking lidss off all 3 gallons she was b we ginning to see where I was going ..at that point manager td home owner she could not get same colors any where else.....Moral of story, be very careful getting paint from this store.....we went to Benjamin Moore just south of atlantic, total cost for 3 gallons was $129

LARGE SELECTION OF PAINT AND GREAT STAFF

Walked in- no one else was in the store, except for the clerk - said, Im looking for Sher-wood... She cut me off and said something to the effect that they are not Sher-wood, and that was it. So I kept on trying to finish my sentence that I was looking for Sherwood acrylic conversion coating, and she kept talking over me and interrupting me that they werent Sherwood. It really came across as if she wanted us to leave with no further discussion about the matter. Well I said I know it is made by Sherwin Williams. Well, she finally said that is our coatings division, not us. and after much teeth pulling, told us that they were in Ft. Lauderdale and closed on weekends and probably werent open on Memorial Day either, told us she didnt know if they would honor the 30% off sale. The whole thing seemed very confrontational. To make a long story short, she just wasnt voluntarily helpful and really came across uninformed or unwilling to share the information. It was just a really odd experience.

Excellent customer service they always want to help! Their prices are a bit higher than you get if you go to Home Depot or to Lowes but if you want to get a customer service right there in front of your face not having to look for anybody this is the place to go!
