I do not have enough good things to say about this company. John Linette has been helping me for years and my business would not be where it is today if it werent for this guy. Not only has John educated me on what products to use for what job, he has actually came out to the job site and has showed me how to apply these products for the best possible result. If thats not the best customer service then I dont know what is. Thanks for everything John, we greatly appreciate it!

YOU JUST LOST ONE OF YOUR MOST LOYALIST CONTRACTORSI have been working with these guys a long long time 9 years and enough is enough every time I go in there the old guy behind the counter whos obviously on drugs who Ive been patient with all these years continuously tells me things that are not true costing my company hundreds of dollars worth of loss through overcharging materials or giving false advice so that we buy extra material. And today was the last straw they just set up a new account for me which means I get no credit for any of the business I have brought in product that I have sold for THEM ALMOST $8,000 A MONTH....ALL I CAN SAY IS VALUE YOUR CONTRACTORS MORE!!!....

Easy to use and better quality product- makes it an easy sell and crossover to some competitor lines. The sales rep (John) is very responsive with great product and application knowledge!Very happy with the product and company! Only sealer we sell!!

I Love Surface Logix and Their Products! They are the only Products I Trust! Been in business 20 years and most of my work is from other products failing. The Owner and Staff make you feel like Family. I can go in their, having a bad day, and they always cheer me up or make me forget about what I was going through.

I never take the time to rate a business. However, for this one I will make an exception. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company! I purchased paint for 690 sq ft of stamped concrete which was sand blasted. I purchased from Surface Logic based on a referral and live a 35 min drive away and 1 hour with traffic. Here are my issues: #1) Horrible customer service. I was advised (by the manager with a high pitched voice ) to purchase 8 gallons of paint based on the square footage I provided. At checkout, the younger employee said 7 was plenty. I actually only needed 5 gallons with some leftover after 2 coats. #2) I opened the 2 single gallon containers for a 3rd coat since I had so much excess not realizing the color was a totally different shade when it dried. I went back to the business with pictures of this color difference and requested only 2 gallons be comped so I can complete the job with the color I ordered. I was greeted by the same arrogant manager who said he couldnt help me because I didnt bring the container and i should have mixed all 7 gallons together before painting. After seeing the pictures, he agreed the single containers were completely different colors. I simply requested 2 gallons of the correct paint to complete the job. He became irritable when I explained that I can paint a light coat with 2 gallons to the point that he apologized for raising his voice. He repeated in a condensing manner that 2 gallons isnt enough. I even agreed to purchase a 3rd gallon if they comp the first 2. To the owner of Surface Logic. This cocky employee should not be dealing with the public. He has no patience or common sense especially after agreeing there was a problem with the color mixture. So, I would like to thank you for wasting $250 of my money. I took my business elsewhere and will not recommending this company.

I’ve been a painting contractor in South Florida for 18 years. There are no better concrete floor and deck coatings manufactured for our environment than the coatings from Surface Logix. Their service and support second to none. DO NOT trust your decks to any other coatings.

Been using surface logic producs for many years now. always been graet and their staff are always informative but their office lady is very rude. i asked her a tehcnical question about cobble lock and she didnt sound to confident in her answer so i asked to speak wth somebody who could confirm the answer to my question and she literally raised her voice to me and basically accused me of sexism as if i didnt want to speak to her because she was a woman. then said let me transfer you to a man then and transferred my call. i could easily take my business elsewhere if i am going to be spoken to this way

Have been using cobble loc for 3 years now. Just finished cleaning and applying another coat after my first application 3 ago. Had a few questions and Kris from the company was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. All info on Technical Data Sheet was spot on. Certainly would recommend this sealer over anything you can find at Home Depot/Lowes. The 2 part application works out to a cost of $27 a gallon which is very reasonable considering the quality of the product. In my opinion spraying is the best application
