FIRST CLASS OPERATION !We drove up there from S.E.Texas to pick up some equipment, and our truck broke down in their yard.. Instead of kicking us out of their locked yard, they worked for hours in the bitter cold, on a weekend, helping us in repairs, AND AT NO CHARGE !And treated us like family.. These people are first rate.THANKS Todd and Company !

If you enjoy poor customer service and being cussed out, then this is the place for you. I ignored the advice of multiple people that advised against doing business here. I wanted to spend money locally and wound up suffering the consequences. Since my awful experience there, I have yet to hear from anyone that has a positive impression of Hayes Equipment. Please save yourself the anguish and shop elsewhere.

This is the first bad review i have ever written and Ive felt compelled to make sure no one does business with Hayes equipment. Rude and threatening to not do any more warranty work on my brand new (3 mos) mower because they dont like me asking when it would be done after some warranty work they were doing. Saying things like I can go shove the mower up my a-ss etc...not professional!

Great products, great service, knowledgeable staff.
