Que lástima que no se le pueda marcar 0 estrellas. Si la experiencia de comprar el vehículo fue poco agradable hoy completaron. Voy al primer servicio, hago una cita a las 10 a.m, esta me es confirmada. Llegué 10 minutos antes de la hora acordada. Dos horas y media después pregunto por el progreso en el servicio y ni si quiera lo habían tocado. Saqué mi vehículo del turno y estoy en un taller muy serio para pagar por el servicio que Mazda me vendió como parte del paquete durante la compra. Si no pueden cumplir con una simple agenda, ¿Para qué la hacen? A cualquier potencial cliente, tengan mucho cuidado con este concesionario. Mi grano de arena para ayudar en el problema que tienen es que cambien el equipo gerencial, definitivamente no tienen idea de lo que pasa en su organización. No vuelvo hacer negocios con Flagship Mazda de Ponce.

I took the bus with a small one on the front glass and they enlarged it to have to buy the glass from them, eye check the vehicle before and after.

My experience with this one is very bad, they are extremely irresponsible, after they sell you they dont answer your phone, stop there, the courtesy ends, I do not recommend that you buy a car from this dealer. Super bad experience I do not wish it on anyone !!!!!!!!!!!!

IT WILL TAKE MORE THAN HALF AN HOUR FOR THE PHONE TO BE ANSWERED, THEN THEY GO TO SERVICE AND NEVER ANSWER.
