Horrible Customer Service!!!!!! I have been calling for a week and no one picks up the phone. The sales department picks up right away but of course are unwilling to help with a service issue or appointment. This location in Ponce only seems to care about sales. Even with an appointment for an oil change, Im constantly waiting over two hours. With Toyota dominating Puerto Ricos Territory, I would of assume Honda would want to stand out with expectional Service but thats not the case. I hope their employees get the same service they give in other aspects of their personal lives. Corporate really needs to step in and control of this location. This is not what Honda stands for!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Vehicle services in this place are extremely slow. I brought mi tia 2019 crv for a so call sticker recall at about 8:00 am and it has been 4 hours waiting for something that should have taken less than 5 minutes.

Made two appointments to cut and program a key for my accord. Eent twice from Cabo Rojo to ponce to find out the provider was not available. Poor customer service, prefer to travel to San Juan instead.

I bought a Honda vehicle thought they were of good quality and it has been the worst experience. New and with more than 4 service visits without any solution. You ask them when they fix it and they say everything right, then the problem comes up again. I do not recommend them. Good to sell, lousy in service. Sadly, there are no 0 stars so I put 1 star on it.

A bad experience !!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND… From management to customer service they have no professionalism. The Serbian is very poor for warranty or recalls. The only thing they are used for is to sell you the car, on that occasion they call you every day until they sell it to you. When difficulties come you have to present yourself in person to be attended to. DO NOT BUY CARS IN PONCE

Bad service, they make you wait 4 hours or more for an oil change. With everything and appointment. They do not take care of you, they do the service until after having to protest, after 4 hours. I do not recommend it for service.

I went to do the tuneup according to the guarantee of my vehicle, SUV I could not achieve it since by not making an appointment (they did not answer the phone to be able to do it) I made the last shift at 4:00 p.m. 8:00 am from Guayama. They gave me an appointment later so I will have to come back another day and the vehicle needs it ... THAT WASNT IT !!!

The first time I come to change the oil and filter on my new vehicle and I left (well I have not left) totally disappointed.I make an appointment, they tell me at a quarter past an hour before noon. I arrived 15 min. before, I ask an estimate of the service, they tell me approx. 2 hours. I understand, no problem, I will wait for it. At 2 and a half hours, I ask the status and they tell me that they will enter the workshop at that moment. Its been 4 and a half hours and Im still here waiting. So you know what the service is like when it comes time.

The service is terrible, a day with little flow of vehicles and it took a lot. From 10:00 in the morning for an oil and filter change, until 4:00 in the afternoon. I do not recommend to anybody. To top it off, the bus stayed with me as soon as I left the Dealer. It seems they didnt put any oil on it. The bus does not run and the moisturizing is incredible. I hope it has not been sent to me😡

In my previous survey I rated it 5 stars. Today I have to rectify. They are not responsible, they lied to me by saying that I had to return to sign another contract. At least Febus showed his face, Bryan the salesman disappeared. My old financial house has called me twice to charge for the car that I left in trade in. Be very careful with these people, they are not to be trusted and your credit may suffer. Im just waiting for a difference to be charged for the 15-day cancellation letter. There, even if I have to spend $ 10K on lawyers, I dont leave them a penny. Avoid this place. You already have my information and telephone number. I hope to meet you soon. Read my comment again.

I took my vehicle because of problems with the horn. They told me that I had to pay almost $ 1,300 to replace the part for my vehicle, even though it was under warranty. The piece was never broken, it was just a matter of adjusting it and they wanted to charge me as new. I never go back there.

I do not recommend it. After they sell units with fines, to complete they also sell them to you with mechanical damage. You take the unit to fix in the term within the guarantee, they say that it has absolutely nothing. When something happens to you on the road, you take it again (they tell you that the warranty ended) and thats when they miraculously find the flaws ... yes, to charge you $$$. Does a disgrace have to happen to take action? REGRETTABLE. 👎🏼

I could define them as despicable after selling me a unit with a fine and telling me to pay it myself and then they would reimburse it.Then after taking it they reviewed it by the check engine light they told me that it is a very chango vehicle ... absurd answer, coincidentally when I take it again the warranty had expired and there they charged me what happened to it from the minute one to the unit ....... SHABBY !!!!!!! I feel completely ripped off.

Whenever Im going to take too long. There have been occasions that have made my seat dirty because I have no protection or care with the dirty uniform. The worst service they can offer in cars, since March for the radio button of a 2019 CRV, which after three weeks of purchase the volume button was damaged and made a show with a table checking the radio and to say that You had to ask for the complete radio that took a maximum of two to three weeks and still today nothing is known where to order it or what they would have done. The only thing I can say that they have -0 in service I never buy a sling again with the pessimistic and unprofessional service of this company. I hope this message makes you ration and think a thousand times before buying at the Honda dealer in Ponce where the service is super bad and bad. I do not buy with you again.

The service is bad and the wait is long. The communication with the client is of poor orientation. I took the car for cervicio and they gave it to me the same and to top it off they charged me for something they never fixed. The mechanics in the workshop lost a lot of time struggling with their cell phones.
