My experience today at this Office Depot was horrible. The staff was un knowledgeable of how to process a simple shipment of a small electronic device (cell phone). There were Alamo more employees on their phone or gossiping than anything else. After they mention that I need to buy my own materials for shipment (which they do not provide) they also are unwilling to prepare the package for shipment. I would’ve preferred that they offered a simple “No sir we do not provide that type of service” and be on my way.
