I contacted ken and he responded promptly. met with him to see if he could do anything about the blemishes on my vehicles paint, he assured me it was no problem and they could correct the areas of concern. after calling and texting a few times to schedule a time to drop it off with no response i finally gave up, he wasted both of our time.
