Had them change a tire and do an oil change. My change oil light still is on. Tried to call and I cant get an answer from the tire center or a regular manager on the phone.

Took alot longer to get 2 tires put on than estimate. ALOT longer.

Worst service .I wont get tires there again not in Lincoln they are rude

The two stars are for the employees who work at the auto care center. They were helpful, friendly, and fast. Thank you Kylie, and Lisa in Sporting Goods, for doing all you could to return my car to me.My rating is low because of the understaffing, which led to a long line of angry people directing their frustration to the hourly employees who have no control over staffing. I had to tell management what had been going on for over a half hour due to having one register and not nearly enough employees on a Saturday afternoon. This is the type of thing that should have been addressed before there were a dozen people in line. Whoever the manager was who arrived to do a return on the one working register should have been communicating with her superiors on getting help for the rest of us.

Excellent Service. Trent and Justin specifically were very helpful, kind, and explained all of the charges for my oil change. Really great experience!

0 stars!!!!!!.Not a single car in the shop! NO A CAR IN ThE AUTOMOTIVE LOT!OT! Takes 20 min to get someone at counter, to have her say its going to be at least an hour and forty five min before we can get you in for oil change IS BS! Pontiac Walmart is reason I hope all WAL-MARTS burn to the ground!Except the wine row its the only place I can get Franzia boxes of moscato all the time.

Black Friday special on tires was amazing. I got 4 Goodyear tires and saved 128.00 total price was under 400.00 for 80000 mile tire.

Decent tire prices but they will usually have to order them and watch the fees. They will slip all kinds of fees in there!

They caused a lot of havoc for me by selling me the wrong car battery. Ppl are not always the nicest in front. Trent figured this out 10months later and was one of the most helpful people ive ever met at a retail store. He went out of his way to make it right! Thank you! Oh new battery and difference covered price wise!

If you are a woman and go to the automotive section for tires and have a size bigger put on your truck they will give you the run around and look at you like you are STUPID!!! I maybe be a woman but FAR FROM STUPID! I WILL NEVER go back to Wal-Mart for tires AGAIN! Then they took a chunk out of my spare tire taking it off the rim!!!

Told I needed 4 new tires so took my car to my tire guy and ended up only needing one new tire. Scammers trying to sell unneeded tires.

Took 10 minutes to answer the phone, stood waiting for 30 minutes for somebody... anybody... to come to the front desk.Parts were replaced that didnt need replacing, doubling my anticipated bill.Vacuuming is supposed to be part of the oil change but is never done.

Had injectors cleaned. Better milage

They couldnt change the transmission oil other than that it was okay
