Awesome job by Heller Motors! This was my first experience of buying a vehicle from farther than just my surrounding states but the folks at Heller made it easy. Jeremy answered all my questions and got approval to include the missing OEM cargo bed divider with the deal. Then working with Keith to get everything to my local financing in a timely matter, scheduling delivery from Illinois to Alabama and finally taking delivery from the truck driver. All great stuff, but here is the real test of a good company: The included cargo divider ended up being the wrong item and the proper one is much higher price but Heller took care of it and had the proper one shipped and the incorrect one shipped back. That is the mark of a company who cares! Thank you.

I absolutely love my new truck I got from Heller. It’s incredibly hard to find the exact truck you want these days, but I found one at Heller. I’ll be honest when I tell you that I had issues with the salesperson and the beginning sales process, but the management at Heller stepped up and took great care of me. I would recommend asking to speak with the sales manager if you are having any issues or not getting where you need to be. At the end of the day, I would definitely recommend Heller Ram!

Purchased a vehicle from them in May, notified them of an issue regarding abs light, which was in the 15 day period they give to notice any issues. They had me bring in my car to tell me what was wrong just for them to tell me I have to pay for it myself because “they have no way to tell when the part would go wrong” when CLEARLY it was an issues before it was given to me. Which I have pictures w/ dates to prove that. They said they could take $20 off the $200 issue. After fixing that the air compressor is now broke which is $600-1300 to fix & the engine light is on regarding something about the fuel tank which is $200. So I now am going to have to put about $2000 into a car that I bought less than 2 months ago, that was supposed “serviced” before I bought it. Definitely feel like they took advantage of a vulnerable young women. 0/10 do not recommend. Take your coins elsewhere.

I purchased a 2018 challenger hellcat 2/20/2021. It was a upgrade from a 392 Shaker(which I loved). I was a little unsure if I wanted to upgrade and had lots of questions. Jeremy was my sale person. He had great patience and was very informative for every question and concern that I had. Really made me fill like the sale was totally for customer satisfaction and not just the money. From the beginning to the end I felt confident in the purchase I was making. The honesty and dedication from Jeremy was phenomenal. Unfortunately in this time it is rare to find a establishment that has such great employees or employee that hold such outstanding integrity. I definitely will be back. I was looking for a specific Ford truck. I found what i was looking for on auto trader and sent a message. Within 20 minutes Jo from Heller Motors was on the phone with me answering all my questions. I sent pictures of my trade to Jo and we had completed the deal within a little over an hour. I told Jo I would be driving 400 miles 1 way to pick up my new (used) truck and would like to have everything ready to sign when I got there so I could drive back home same day. Jo had everything ready for the trade (some paperwork had to be accomplished while we were present) and made our visit a pleasure. We even traveled with our dog that they welcomed into their showroom as if she were a person. Jo took time to familiarize me with the truck and we were on our way within 1 1/2 hours. great people, fair price, definitely recommend.

Terrible dealership. If I could give no stars I would. From salesmen to management to service all around terrible experience. Bought a 2017 Chevy Silverado and the drivers side headlight was cracked and had moisture on the inside (didnt notice until I got home). Ive called the salesman that sold me the truck and texted him multiple times and I get no response so I drove down there and talked to the management who said they would order a new headlight and get it fixed. Well, management did the same thing that the salesman did and failed to keep me updated on the part status. I brought the broken headlight to their attention the day I took it home (which I had to wait an entire week to take home and it wasnt even ready to take home bc they waited until last day to do the detailing and what not) which was about a month and a half ago now. Overall do not recommend giving them your business. Save your time and money.

The sales person Trevor was amazing...he was at the top of his game on the entire lot of Jeep Wranglers. He LISTENED to us an we found the most amazing find in our 2020 JL that above our wildest dreams. Keith and Jason added to the experience...very professional and personable but to the point in helping us look at numbers and finance the right jeep. I am telling everyone Hellers has changed and needs to be their first pick when starting the searching process...I will be back!!!

My cousin has not had straight dealings with Eric and Jason the manager. They have not stayed in touch with our family about anything on the car. They don’t stand by their word. Do not buy a car or deal with this location. They’ll give you the run around, especially if they know you are from out of town. I think they knew we were a couple hours away and they used that to not stand up for us. I regret using this dealership.

When I first called Heller motors and was transferred to Jeremy he was pleasant to speak with. Didn’t pressure me into coming in, and spoke calmly and confidently. Way to pushy, test drove a car and that led to sales person calling and or texting daily. When we told him we will contact you if needed, he said go work with someone elese.

This is why I cant stand sales people. I have yet to have 1 pleasant car buying experience and it continues. About 5 weeks ago I came in to get a newer used car for my budget. My wife had done some light research locally and came upon this place with a specific car in mind. I came in and thankfully they took in my old car for trade value. The car that was saved for me via a deposit was ok. When I figured everything to be ok and ready to take home, then everyones endorphins start running and by everyone I mean the sales and finance guys. They get their sale and commission and within a couple days I was already experiencing transmission issues. I contacted the sales person and finance guy to see if this can be properly fixed. They said I have a warranty and that will take care of it. I said I have 15 days from purchase date to return this car that is not working properly but Id like to look at other cars within a similar price range. They flat out refused to talk about other cars. It felt as though I was being ignored and told to make the appointment myself with Nissan to get the transmission fixed. Displeased with this turn your back response, I contacted the sales manager who was MUCH more professional. I didnt get a response like These things happen as was said to me by the sales guy. When I finally got my car back with a supposedly fixed transmission, I have just given up as its still not properly fixed. Looks like Im stuck with a $9,000 mistake and a transmission that is jacked.

My issues are being fixed with this lot. Started off a lil rocky but in the end we came together. Heller motors is a good place to shop for your car.

Heller motors in Pontiac is my FOREVER dealership. They wont stop till they find EXACTLY what you want. The process was so easy. I had a friend refer me to Jeremy. I sent him a text and the process started. I told him what I wanted and he did a far search and found me an exact match in Georgia. The whole process took 5 days. They sent their team there to pick it up and trailer it home. I didnt even need to spend time at the dealership ahead of time. He sent me a text that I could pick it up and I was only there a half hour getting all the paperwork done. The whole dealership is so friendly. It feels like home. I found the car I had been searching for this past Friday morning at Heller Motors and I’m out of state. My husband and I were able to group chat with Kyle, so we would all be on the same page about all of the car info, pictures, trade-ins and everything while we were continuing about our busy day. By Saturday afternoon we reached a deal and I drove 6 1/2 hours Sunday night to stay the night, Kyle even suggested what town for me to stay in. Kyle and Jake took care of everything Monday morning and made the buying process easy since I was doing it by myself. I can’t say enough good things about them and how nice they treated me. I highly recommend them!

My experiences have been nothing but great since 2012 when I had to start purchasing cars on my own. (My husband passed in 2011). I had never in my 50 years done anything like that. Everyone from the girls at the front to the service people in the back are nothing but professional, friendly, and courteous. Last Friday I traded in my late husband’s 2008 Special Edition Challenger. Everyone in the building that day knew I was going through something bittersweet and was so comforting to me.
