I have been going here for years and would not go anywhere else to get tires. They have great prices they will also take less than what they usually charge if you just bargain with them a little bit! They have always been very good and very tentative employee/owner. They remember their customers even though they are so busy and have so many regular customers they still remember your face and treat you like family! I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking to get tires or work done on their vehicle!

I was passing through the area and apparently hit something on the highway and cracked both rear wheels and damaged the rear tires and possibly the fronts as well. The other tire places in the area all recommend Jimenez tire because I would have to wait for a week for them to be delivered through the national tire chains. Ernesto had my specialty tires the next day and his team repaired the rims so that I could make it home safely, saving my trip.Thanks to Ernesto and his team.

Jimenez Tire is my go to shop whenever I need a tire repair or replacement tires (new or used). I once rolled up unannounced for a repair after they had just opened for the day and although they were busy, they had me in and out in less than 30 minutes.I wont guarantee that they will always be as efficient as they were during my emergency visit, but I will guarantee that when you go to Jimenez Tire, youll get better value and service than you will ever find from a big box tire store.Thanks guys!

The guy who worked there attempted to replace my tire with a new one without verify if I wanted a used one or not. He berated me and was SUPER rude when I told him that’s not what I asked for. While I was trying to ask the price he walked away and ignored. This guy was overly aggressive and shouldn’t work with the public. ESPECIALLY not women visiting alone apparently.

Biggest scam ever the prices change every time I go, it depends on who you get the father or one of the son’s. My wife tire busted days after her purchase($125) she didn’t hit any potholes with in that time period. So we took it back to the shop and trying figuring out the problem. The old guy there amid it that the tire was the problem, while laughing. Then he said he’ll look out for her and charge her 80 dollars for a new tire. They just lost two great customers because ever time we go there it’s new bull to deal with never again!!!

Upon contacting this business, they originally confirmed that I would be able to purchase a used tire for about $50, secondly the young lady at whom I spoke with on the phone mentioned that they close at 7:00 pm. As soon as I arrived at the business at around 6:30pm, it took at least 10-15 mins before someone approached us. After finally getting serviced by a middle aged Hispanic male, he then tried saying that he wasn’t sure if they even had a used tire for my specific vehicle even after confirming that they did have it on the phone. Finally, after siting for about 30 mins they tried to say they found one and tried charging me $60 for a used tire which is outrageous! Honestly not even quality tire. He was very unprofessional and rude after confronting him about the cost and why they lied about the original price.

I was quoted $300 to get my windshield wiper switch replace. $90 for the part and $190 for labor. Another place quoted me $90 for the labor. I looked online and saw the part for $39.99! I guess they wanted my whole stimulus check that I didnt get. They also quoted me another $500 to repair some rusted bolts on my rear wheels and to do an alignment. I totally know they were out to get me!

Open on Sunday and had an extremely rare size tire available for a BMW which seemed everyone else would of had to order.

I brought in some wheels and tires and they were put on quickly and perfectly. this is the place to go when you buy expensive wheels that you want to be put on with care. Hugo was super friendly and informative! Ill never go anywhere else now. very much worth the drive. (theres a reason this place is so busy... theyre the best in the metro Detroit area)

Great experience. Ernesto and Hugo were professional, responsive & quick.This past Saturday, I spent 1.5 hours at Discount tire before they put my car on the hoist. Then they told me the nail was too close to the edge of the tire & they couldnt plug it.....then they tried selling me a new tire. I said that I will find someone else who will do it & to put the tire back on my car.I called Ernesto & he said to text him a picture of the tire (showing the nail location). He replied right back & said to bring it in & he will plug it. I stopped by Jimenez tire around 5:30pm & they had me pull right in. The team had me out of there in less then 15 minutes.I will never go to a big tire company again....these guys are great & will be my 1st choice in the future.Great job! Phil J.

Its Sunday and I have a nail in my tire. Jimenez was the only repair place that was open and when I called the gentleman said bring my car right in. I got there an hour before closing and there were cars and quite a few people standing around outside. Jesus came up to my car asked what I was there for said pull over there I moved my car and a young man came over took my tire off and fixed the hole. I was only there about 20 minutes. Great service, great price, very professional and saved the day for me. Thank you so very much. I will be back.

A+ service! Most places are closed on Sunday and they were still open when I called which was a blessing because I was driving on a donut. I had also tried calling Sams Club and Costco but neither store had my tire in stock and told me 3-5 days before they would have it because its considered to be a special order. When I called Jimenez, I spoke with Ernie, explained my situation and he told me to come on by and his guys would be waiting for me, ready to get started. As I waited to have the 4 new tires put on with my 2 youngest children Ernie helped keep them entertained with things to color, had conversations with them, even put on preschool shows for them to watch to help pass the time. Ernie went above and beyond to help keep my children entertained and made us feel like we were part of the family. Highly recommend Jimenez. Prices are very reasonable and they have a wide variety of new and used tires.

Havent been in a while, but always had superb service and pricing from these guys. Would give 5 stars but like someone else said, sometimes takes a few visits to get in due to how busy they are - which for them, is a good problem to have.

The only place open on a sunday. Bought a new single tire for 140$ for 245/ 70/16 or how ever you say it. milestar tire. They sayed open an extra half hour after they closed to help us and jumped the dead battery for us when the battery died twice. A little expensive but a real life safer when in need. Good people here.

I wish I could give them a 0. I just bought tires on 10/12/19 for $318 and here I am today back because the so called “new” tire is flat as a pancake. And their best solution is to sale me a used tire for another $45. I guess you get what you pay for but in this case I did not. The same happened when my husband bought “new “ tires from you guys, a few days later, slow leak. ( I have the receipts) I’m sticking with bell tire, never had these problems with them and their warranty is great. What happened to at least a 30 day warranty. We know that you buy your “new” tires from bigger tire companies after the shelf life has expired which could potentially be hazardous to the consumers and for most of your clientele in this community, some of us can only afford to come to you guys. As I read the other reviews I noticed the owner responded to some of the comments, a response is great but a solution is much better.

I have aftermarket wheels and always been nervous about taking my wheels to shops but they returned me my wheels spotless and in a short wait time!! My wife took her Cadillac to a dealership Today They told her several things wrong with it Quoting Her 2100. things was not adding up. so I had to go get a second set of eyes to check it out. I took the truck here Found out it was just the connection piece to the converter needed me changed out they charged me 130 to fix it! Truck sounds Great again .

Costco wanted to replace a repairable flat tire with 90% thread left at the tune of $180, took it to Mr. Jimenez and in less than 20 minutes I was on my way to work. Price was so ridiculously low I won’t posted here. Tech was also courteous and efficient that prompted me to tip him (young slender black guy).

My husband has taken his truck here a couple of times. Fast and friendly. Very happy both times. There open on Sundays, which was great because we had a problem with a front tire. Prices are very reasonable.

Im usually a customer of Jimenez but I was very disappointed last Saturday with my service. I dropped my car off for an 8:00a.m appointment for an alignment. First off the manager didnt seem aware of the appointment but I looked over that because nobody was there and I figured it would still be taken care of. I was told 2-3 hours. That was fine. My car had to be looked at first before an estimate was given which was fine. I called at 12 noon just to see the status of the car. That was 4 hours later. The mechanic got upset with me because I called and told me, he had cars in front of mine and he didnt know when he would get to my car and if I needed to get my car to come and get it. So thats exactly what I did. I got there about 1:00 in the afternoon and I simply asked one of the staff for my keys and left. Nobody even realized I had came and got the car. All I wanted to know was the status of my car I wasnt upset AT ALL. But I got upset because the mechanic kept downplaying the fact that he hadnt even looked at my car yet. He couldnt even tell me when he could get to it. I have to make arrangements with other people for rides if you have my car. Communication is all I wanted. I wouldve left my car there if he wouldve said even a couple more hours. But he kept cutting me off when I was talking and I know for sure if I was a man he would not be talking to me like that. I dont think I will be back.

I had the worst experience today at Terrys Tires in Pontiac!! I called them at 9am this morning to see if they had the tire I needed in stock, and they said they did. I drove out there and went inside where they said you can wait in your car and well be with you soon. So I wait, and wait, and wait, and wait! Then they took a car that came in AFTER me (looked like a workers friend) and while Im waiting EVERYONE is standing around smoking & on their phones- not working at all!!! So I went back in and asked if there was a sign in sheet- the guy says we have you down, were taking everyone in order to which I replied well youre working on a car right now that I KNOW came in at least 10 minutes after me, and he said were going in order so I go back to the truck and finally after 70 minutes of waiting the guy comes and looks at my tire and...they dont have one thats my size. The guy says come back on Monday... ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! I will never go back! They were horrible!!! 😤😡😤So, I head over to Jimenez Tires on Montcalm in Pontiac (I didnt call ahead) and it was the best experience ever! I highly recommend Jimenez Tire!!! EVERYONE was working hard and they had me in and out in 20 minutes 😄 with the perfect tire, awesome price, and the BEST customer service!!! They were so polite and they didnt try to sell me anything or try to take advantage of me being a woman- they just asked what I needed and got it done! Ill definitely be making Jimenez Tire my go-to from now on!!! 😆

Ordered 4 tires, stop after work and received great fast service. I was out of there in 20 minutes. I was glad I went there, price was right also.

Had to follow my daughter here to make sure she made it ok. Here we are only 5 mins till they close and they happily took care of us! All 4 tires are bad but we can only afford to change 2 and they were kind enough to rotate the better of the bad tires to the back and put the 2 new ones up front! They didn’t have to do that at all, but they are great people and care, this is the only place I’ll ever go to get new tires/used tires!

I drove 2.5 hours for a new set of wheels. The deal went down without a hitch and everything was as described. Everyone was very friendly and the owner was overseeing the whole transaction at 5pm on a Friday. Turnaround time was less then 45 minutes. I just wish Jimenez was on the west side of the state.....6 stars!
