Honestly i would not recommend paying your bill here. I was charged an extra $7.00 just to pay a bill. Please pay on-line. I also bought a replacement charger which cost me over $40.00. He stated that he was being charged for me using my card so he had to pass it on to me. The fact remains there has always been a charge for accepting cards. But for some reason new business owners think its ok to pass that business expense on to customers. This business expense will be written off at the end of the year so the owner in my opinion is double dipping. The three dollar charge did not show up on the t-mobile bill. So he is putting it in his pocket and taking it as an expense at the end of the year. Although he was very pleasant there is no excuse for penny pinching customers. Thats a good way to lose customers permanently. There is a cost associated with doing business credit card fees are one of them. Being nice while stealing from me is not nice. I will take my business elsewhere.

There was only one guy but he was super friendly and knowledgeable on the activation of my phone. Typically youll be taken care as soon as you walk in. Spacious and has benches inside. Parking is also easily accessible.

I went to them for a simple screen saver. I purchased the lifetime replacement one. I went to another T-Mobile who said that they were out of stock and to try the T-Mobile down the street. I went down the street to the T-Mobile in question. They had the screen saver but wanted to charge me for it. I explained to him that I had the replacement warrenty. He then replied, Were independently owned and they dont honor that warranty. First and only T-Mobile to treat me like this and over something as simple as a screensaver. Theyll never have to be concerned with Donny anymore.💯

Eddie is very knowledgeable on his products. I have been going to him for years and have a great relationship with him. He has never did nor my family wrong. he bend over backward to help you. Go in and give him some time and hi will do you right!

If you arent seeing Eddie for your metro and phone needs your screwing yourself over. He is very knowledgeable about the services and does excellent work with repairs. He made sure i was taken care of even if he ended up staying a little past closing. Most salesman pretty much shove you out the door at closing and tell you to come back tomorrow. Ill bet coming to him long as Im with metro.

There is a gentleman that works here named Eddy. The customer service that he gives is second to none. I know several people that drive out of their way to go to this location when they need to do something other than just pay their bill.

This place is Fradulent. They refuse to inform customers about their return policy until the transaction has been made. With little to zero knowledge of the products they are trying to peddle and selling product for more than listed online. Paying 75 dollars for a 15 dollar product seems to be the reason this store is still open. They are scammers!!!

Switched to metro after 10+ yrs as a loyal boost customer. I purchased a case to go along with my new phone. I asked for a durable case and i got a flimsy rubber one with plastic clip on edging just at top and bottom. Paid 15$ for case. Over the last 2 weeks i cant tell you how many times the plastic parts have come off while supposed to be secured on phone. I brought my reciept of sale along with phone case back to store today where i explained to them that i had a friend who i wanted to add on to my plan as well as a case that was faulty to return. I was told that they could not nd would not refund me and when i asked why was told that refunds were only allowed within 1 week of purchase. I asked if i could exchange and was at first denied that as well. I again asked what am i to do with a case that is unusable and they finally agreed to swap it out for me. I told them thank you, and that the customer service was less than stellar and that i now was having second thoughts on adding my friend. At that, the gentleman told me nevermind, he was not going to switch my case for me and that i was stuck with it due to my honest oppinion of my treatment by staff. So, i have now left the store, with nothing more than a sour taste in my mouth on the type of business principles this establishment practices. I thought the idea of customer service was to at the very least, make sure the product is up to par. I will probably not stay with metro very long, and if anyone asks of my personal thoughts I would tell them steer clear. At least from this location as i dont believe they care about much more than the bottom line, profit. I now have a 15$ space saver to put in a drawer somewhere or something. They got to keep their 15$ today but they lost a lot of potential future business in the long run...
