Everyone was very helpful as they ALWAYS are. A lady walked me around the store looking for something that she didnt even k kw if they carried. This place is always so helpful and friendly staff.

Theyre pretty good about having what you need. The store is just so small and jam packed with items. I try not to go in there if I dont have to, but it seems like every time I take my significant other there, it always takes forever for him to come out! Very frustrating! I assume its because its so small, everything is squeezed in there, so when youre looking for something specific, you have to look hard. They only have 2 cash registers and if theres a line, it does seem to take longer than what you think it would. Js 🤷‍♀️

Its never a quick in and out unfortunately. Place is cram packed with tons of stuff, kinda claustrophobic in a way and the line typically runs to the back of the store and they dont put prices on a lot of stuff so if you want that fountain youll have to wait until someone is available that knows and they are rarely there

This store is fantastic. The shelves are all neat and fully stocked. Tina, the manager, really knows her store and has a vast knowledge of how-to on practically any project. Her assistant, Ted, is also very helpful and knowledgeable. More than once Ive presented them with a seemingly hopeless repair/project, and Ted will take all the time necessary to help me gather all the parts I need, as well as how to do it properly. He has the patience of a saint. They give the personalized service you deserve, unlike the bigger box stores. Ace really is the place!

Grat place has most of what ya need

Had a couple extra house keys made. Very fast, but it cost more than what they quoted when I checked out. It was worth a little more, not to have to go in a big box store.

Had few bad experiences with two of ladies who work on the registers, separate occasions, walk in behind a few people, everyone got greeted but me i guess their are not used to deal with that many minorities, once in the register didnt even looked at me, too bad is the only hardware store in town otherwise Id took my business somewhere else. Over price.

Well-stocked Ace hardware. Staff here could not be more friendlier helpful. there are always able to help me find what I need if not they point me in the right direction. Only drawback is there a little cluttered in there fairly small store.

Plenty of parking, remarkably helpful staff, have always stood behind everything they sell. Not a real big hardware store, but they seem to have whatever is needed for the home or the workbench.

This is an update to my previous posting. These people are amazing, needed supplies to replace a water heater, the guy knew everything I needed before I did!! All my home project will include Ace Hardware Pontiac.

Bought a lot of different paint here and they were very helpful and efficient! Also helped us with the difference between hanging pictures on drywall or plaster!

This is what you imagine a local hardware store to be. If they dont have it, they can tell you where to get it. Staff is great.

Was there for ladies night special event. It was alot of fun and we got free gifts to.

This was absolutely the worst experience. Walked looking for an outdoor spigot and walked toward an employee and he and another employee saw us cing and they turned and walked the other way continuing their own personal conversation. Left and went to Big R.
