Always a pleasant experience. I work close by, so a few of the cashiers already recognize me even though I wear a mask. Customer service is always great here. The aisles are neat and clean, everything is bright and lit, and employees are always available to assist should I need anything.The hot lunch area is just as good with very helpful and accommodating staff. The food is hot and the sandwiches are fresh. The bakery area is one I try to stay away from haha but there are typically a lot of variety in desserts, cakes, and cookies.Prepared fresh, everything looks especially delicious. There are some days where there are only a couple cashiers, but they are quick. I do hope that Publix doesnt go the way of another large chain and only have 2-3 cashiers when there are a lot of people.Overall, I always like going here because of the deals, the friendly and helpful staff, and how quickly I can get in and out.

Only shopped there a few times.The store seems to have done well with all of the hardships that everyone has been through. They must have the ability to have employees that are team players and have work ethics!The store looks as if they just had their grand opening! When they have been in business for several years!I had always thought that they were one of the higher priced stores along with a few more well-known companies 🤔.I now have now changed my opinion about Publix, I still feel their prices are higher than others but to be able to shop in a clean, safe and comfortable environment its worth the extra change 😊.

This is a convenient store for me to stop at I like to get most of my shopping items from here, from dairy to the deli and the pharmacy they make it an easy shopping experience

I stopped at the deli counter to pick up a family meal as I was in the area and the choices set out were deplorable. Quality looked like what you would see at a gas station. When I mentioned to the 2 ladies behind the counter I was looking to do a family meal, one looked at me like I was crazy for not picking out what I wanted for what was laid out. I shouldnt have had to spell it out. The other lady asked someone else about the family meal and came to me saying what the choices I had were for chicken. That wasnt my question and I wasnt going to just come out and say that what was showing as available looked terrible. This was around 4:45 pm today. Wouldnt you think fresher foods should start being put out in preparation for dinner? What a total put off. I wont be coming back to this location.

They need more space for vegetables. Very limited options when I was looking for a bag of onions.

My experience at the deli was poor. Was told by Keesha she’d be right with me, after making an online order she then proceeded to the next customer for hot food. Then went back to another online order. Luckily this Publix has a woman named Shirley and saw me just standing there and took it upon herself to help me with a lovely attitude and smile.

We ordered a cake in advance for our sons 5th birthday. We called 55 minutes early to see if they could get it finished a few minutes earlier. It only needed his name. Dakota happily stated that they were not able to accommodate. We canceled the cake and ordered from a local bakery that appreciated our circumstances and business. We have ordered over 100 cakes from Publix over the years. Never again. It’s healthy to reward lack of empathy for the people you serve. Good luck!

Once a month I order a large sub and its always fresh and better than most of the sub shops in town. I try to eat half one day and the half the next day but it never happens.lol

Always clean and usually well stocked. The parking lot is poorly designed and a pain to get in and out with one whole side exiting to a private gated community.

Staff is good, selection is good, prices are..Publix. The duty free ATM outside is wicked nice lol. Probably the best place to get groceries int he area, in my opinion.

Stopped on way to work to pick up 2 boarshead subs for my hubby and I from the Deli. Mrs.Tray made ours. she really knows her way with a sandwich was quick and smiling like she wanted to be there and appeared to be training the girl next to her while keeping me engaged.She was a delight and i think she needs a raise.The store itself is cleaner than all the ones Ive been in locally and its convenient right off I16 on my way to work so I will definitely be back to this store.

Ordered subs online, always do with Publix and never really have issues with quality or service, timing, etc. Today I ordered and went to pick them up about an hour later- 15 minutes later then they said it would be ready. I get there and they still are NOT ready. After standing at the counter for 10 minutes someone finally came up to ask me if I had been helped and they told me that they ran out of the bread and had to make some more. I was understanding, after another 20 minutes they were finally made. I got home and began to unwrap the sandwiches and realized that they still made two of the sandwiches on the wrong bread. Then after starting to eat, there was a BONE in my chicken tender sub. This run with Publix has been 3/10. Very unhappy with today.

Its always a pleasure shopping here. This location is convenient to those who live on the east end of West Chatham County. Its right off the ramp of I-16. So, if the live in Southbridge, Berwick, Quacco Road, OLD Pooler or Bloomingdale... this is the best location for you. Plenty of parking and other stores to shop. Theres a new shipping center going up across the street that will include Chick-fil-A, Costco and another gas station. Great area!

Great neighborhood supermarket with pharmacy. Use publixs app for extra saving, shop buy one get one N/C. Deli counter is busy but generally provides good service. I get publixs brand vs BH for most meats and cheeses. Publix is higher than Kr on staples like milk, butter, jelly, bread. So plan a weekly trip if on tight budget. For bake goods(double chocolate layer cake)Publix is great.

Excellent subs, helpful staff, clean, fast lines, could not ask for more, but it is not a suprise Publix rarely lets me down. I do wish there was a self checkout like the other Publix on Pooler Pkwy though.

Im in this store 5 days a week lol this is my favorite store

My only complaint is variety is needed. For example: they sell Jamaican beef patties but they dont sell coco bread. Other than that, clean store & the produce section is my favorite.

Lets face it. Grocery shopping is tedious and quite time consuming. BUT, if you need to go grocery shopping, I HIGHLY recommend the Publix at Blue Moon Crossing. The store is spotless! They actually have a good amount of help, AND the cashiers and department people are so helpful and nice. The fruit section is a tad small, but plenty of organic items all over the store. Its convenient to I-16 and Pooler Parkway. You might also enjoy the decent selection of international foods and candies. All in all its my number one store I go to.

Publix is one of the cleanest and friendly Super markets around. OK not the cheapest but they have the best bakery and subs. At times I just drop in to get a sub.

I have been shopping here quite regularly since last year, I have never had a problem with them their pharmacy is awesome all of the people working there are very friendly and very helpful their prices are good and they always have some kind of sale I bought $100 of groceries today and saved $23, the other day I bought $50 worth of groceries and only paid $27. Its usually very fast even during rush hour and they always have someone available to help you out to the car, to load your groceries. Highly recommended especially for those who dont like crowded places, sometimes theyre busier than others but most of the time its not hectic crazy like other places and most of their checkouts are always open

Im a publix groupie and normally I love the customer service I get as I enter a store so I was taken aback with the lack of pleasantries I experienced at this publix the staff was present but absent with the normal publix pleasantries and offers to assist I was only greeted by the store manager I believe and another worker who was beside him my cashier was pleasant and the the packer but not the floor workers
