This Publix is not what it used to be. Many of the products I enjoy are not on the shelves & of the remaining product the prices are outrageous.

We forgot to pack snacks for our road trip. Close enough to the interstate to hop off. Very friendly staff. Easy to navigate the aisles and find what youre looking for. Highly recommend if youre in the area. Kids can still get a free cookie from the bakery!

Went to the deli to order 4 foot long subs. I only got 2 because the older lady that was making them was incredibly Slow. Shes a very sweet lady but I dont think the deli is the best place for her to work. Its to busy in that department. Make her a greeter please. The subs were delicious btw 😊

Always good customer service. Adding self-checkout on the store can take away from great customer service that the store pride themselves on. However, this is the thing for the current times and some people prefer checking themselves out.

Publix Super Market at Pooler Marketplace is definitely my favorite place to go lol! I spend way too much time here picking up groceries on a daily! The customer service is second to none and the store is always super clean! This is food heaven in my opinion! Go there and spend it all!

We work for Instacart and sometimes have trouble finding certain things. Most of the employees are willing to help with no problem.

Love the self checkout area, I wish all publix had them. Produce is always the best from any grocery store in the area although it is pricy. Best part has to be the subs though, tastes like a mixture of homemade and professionally made somehow and only the good parts of the two.

Very clean and friendly customer service But overly priced on Same items you could find at Aldi or Kroger. I easily spend $20 to $30 more if I shop at Publix vs other stores. Also their quality of fruit is inferior to to their competitors.

Today was wonderful at this location. I normally dont come here because it is always crowded. But today was quite pleasing. Publix has some of the best employees. Special thanks to James for assisting my husband and I loading groceries into our car.

This is our second time stopping at this public store on our trip to Florida. The stores always clean staff is always friendly and helpful but that’s also what I find every time I’m in a Publix.

Publix is expensive, yes. Thats the only thing stopping me from doing a full grocery shopping trip there every week. I do, however, get my cat litter at Publix and Ill sometimes swing by the deli to pick up some wings, which are a killer deal compared to the rather sad local restaurants. The deli has great food, just most of its overpriced. In fact, the boxes of fresh wings are the only good deals Ive found. That goes back to point #1 about the cost of shopping here.Everything is always in stock when I go to Publix, the store is always clean, and I know I can get in and out really fast. If you cant find something, an employee will walk you to your the product youre looking for (compared to pointing across the store at Wal-Mart) and even offer additional advice.Its a nice place, but youll pay dearly for it.

I usually dont take the time to do this but I have to truly give it to the Deli department at this location. Gentleman 5/14 6pm cut the best Lb of cheese thin and layed out perfectly. Im a Chef he wowed me!

There is always issues with the deli. Not just this Publix but all stores. It’s either they are understaffed or they mess up the online orders or how they act towards helping you when they don’t have something. Publix need to focus on the deli. I love the food not the service.

I love the new Publix on Pooler Parkway. The employees are very courteous. Im almost always greeted upon walking in the door and the cashiers always ask how I would like my items bagged, and if I would like any items left out.Im only giving the store four stars because its diffifult to find what I need in this store. I dont understand why things like peanut butter are inconveniently placed in the last row by dairy products and the pharmacy.

I called and spoke to a nice woman, in the bakery. She was very polite and helpful and knowledgeable about product they sell. She helped me place an order.

Saturday afternoon - very busy store.Just needed milk but had to dodge lots of people to get to the back and return to the register. Quite a few registers open, only one express, but 2-3 people lined up at each register.Publix in Jacksonville does not have Self-checkout so I was surprised to see it. Used self-checkout because there was a shorter wait, not a horrible experience but not a Publix experience - Publix employees are one of the biggest reasons to shop there.#VickieTravelz

This star is for the deli. I asked for the sauce and chicken on the side and instead, the girl dumps the entire baggie of sauce and chicken onto the bread. Its spilling over the bread sides and she got globs of it all over the parchment paper.Instead of getting a clean piece of parchment paper or giving light sauce or it on the side as I asked, she rolls the sandwich OVER THE GLOBS OF SAUCE ANYWAY and wraps it up. Seriously?? I get home and the picture is what I have. Its soggy and covered in sauce. Even Subway does better than this.

The Publix Pharmacy is lacking in their interactions with Customers. One associate in particular is part of the problem, as she is unfriendly and seems put out when asked to repeat herself. I hope they can address this in the future.

Produce department employee not wearing a mask properly. I mentioned it to customer service and when I went back to shop produce, he was still there with the mask under his nose. I complained again and was told by the asst manager that the gentleman had a medical reason. Fine. I don’t begrudge that if it’s true, but don’t put him working in proximity to customers and produce. He should stay in the back for his health and ours.And if people need breaks from masks, give them more breaks somewhere outside or in the back. But not at the expense of the safety of the rest of the store. Have a policy or don’t. But we are a year into this now, it’s not believable that you haven’t figured out handling mask policies and exceptions yet.

I was able to get tbe products tgat i needed and was able to leave in an efficient manner. My only problem is that the prices are higher than most stores.

Great service compared to other grocery stores, I find it pricey but its the only option I have.
