I called before going and was very satisfied with the phone experience. I then arrived at the store and I was helped from the minute I walked in the door. They didnt have one item in the color I was interested in but the person helping me made suggestions that I ended up purchasing.

We were in town and decided to check out the Tanger Outlets in Pooler. We went into the Michael Kors store and immediately felt like we were a priority. The sales representatives were attentive and friendly. They consistently tried to make sure we knew that they were there if we needed them. The store had a great selection and fantastic deals. I couldnt believe the prices. We decided to buy a few things and they greeted us graciously as we left. Amazing customer service!

Dont purchase this brand. Only passed by going to other stores.

This place had a very large selection. It was an outlet location. They had everything in the story 70% off and then 20% more after that for a special sale. I bought $400 worth of stuff for $68. Had a lot of very helpful staff.

The store is clean and the staff is nice. If you find a purse you love online it will most likely not be in this store. They only carry over stocked and outlet bags.
