I went in wanting advice on the right pair of shoes for my problem feet. I got plenty of good advice and learned about the number system for NB shoes. There wasnt a womens shoe in the higher number for me but i was able to try on a mans shoe that was really comfortable and supportive and looked fine on me. I was very satisfied with this shopping experience.

I worked here in the past. Great place to find durable running shoes. But I must admit Nike Free Runners got NB beat when it comes to the flexibility of that particular shoe. Other than that I enjoyed shopping as well as working here.

Will no longer shop there. Went on to buy my husband a pair of shoes he liked which happened to be on the clearance rack. They rang up not clearance. The manager told me they were not clearance, just put there because they were the only size left of that style. That just doesnt sit right with me.

Picked up in a pair of flip-flops at the recommendation of my doctor. They are awesome. And I got them on sale.

Worker knew exactly where what I was looking for was located in the store. Only 4 stars because the store itself only had two pairs of non-slip shoes.

If you are average size this is great. But if you have big feet. Like mine, 10, and wide, d or 2E, they only carry these sizes in the most expensive shoes $119 and up.

The shoes I wanted were inexpensive there

I had high hopes being this store is ONLY New Balance. However, like all shoe stores, most every shoe I pick out, they fail to have my size. Gave up & walked out.

Nice store, friendly and helpful staff. Ok sales price.

Normal selection compared to other outlet stores. Found a good pair of running shoes and the staff was helpful.

Great sales that made it great shopping for Fathers Day

I love new balance, but the staff here isnt very friendly. And God forbid if theyre unpacking shoes all over the store then youre the one in the way.

The selection you have to choose from is not that great. I have been to other New Balance outlets that give you more to choose from in clothing and shoes.
