Stopped in to purchase some shirts and shoes. Easy and accessible. Not a lot of people in the store.

Place is always clean. Service is great🙂🙂. The floor workers are super helpful and the cashiers are friendly as well. And their comfortable sneakers a plus 😉

OK selection for. Good selection for kids. Not Factory Outlet or Factory House store. Wouldnt honor on line promos on masks. Discount on some second items and clearance items unbelievable.

Always great deals and professional staff at any Under Armour store I visit and this place was no different. I like the COVID mitigation measures they implemented to keep possible transmission of it to a minimum. Highly recommend this place!

First time here. Not bad. Crew are super nice and on point. Some articles of clothing were the same thing just different colors and came up different mark down prices. Customer service rep adjusted it with no issues. Thank you for military discounts. Always helpful and one of the main reasons we shop with under armour. The store was clean and picture perfect. Lines moved quickly.The only negative is the selection. There really didn’t seem to be much to choose from. We go to other outlets and visit under armour and there is always a great selection. Especially with year round uniform type items. Maybe this was a one off.

Customer service is garbage, person who standing at front door is mean, not a good place to buy your product. I don’t think I am going back in again, better to buy online

Love the Under Armor product !!! About 5 weeks ago I made a purchase at the Pooler GA store. I used a visa gift card that was good for $300. My ONLY purchase and ONLY time using this card was at the Pooler GA UA store and it was for $98.64. I returned to this store today to make another purchase using the same Visa gift card from my previous purchase at this same store. As I said this cards only use was at this store and there should have been a $201.00 remaining balance. Much to my surprise and dismay the balance was .68. After speaking to the card company what has happened is my card information was stolen and used, mainly in Europe !!! Being that UA in Pooler GA is the only place this card had been used there either is a problem with the store or UA has a customer credit card protection that I would say is suspect at best. Be leary shoppers.

I have been to this store 3 times and Im thinking the customer service would be better. Tonight was the last straw. The store was completely empty with 3 employees standing around the checkout counter...chatting. I was not greeted as i walked in...wasnt offered assistance at all. I refuse to visit this brand again. Ill stick with Nike. Completely different customer service experience

Convenient location. They always have good sales though the staff is not always helpful. We usually find what were looking for and can make it out of there with a good deal.

I visited for fathers day gift for my husband. Somehow they charged me for an extra shirt. Then didnt realize I had wrong size shorts so when I took them back, there wasnt any more like them at all. The guy couldnt help me find them in the computer. So just returned them. Was frustrated because I was originally buying 2 outfits. That was on sale. 2 shirts & 2 shorts. They need to do better.

Very good customer service from the young man going into the Army. Very personable and kind.

The manager followed me around the store never acknowledged me just assumed because I was not caucasian that I would try something illegal. This type of behavior really ticked me off and it hurt my 12 year old feeling because she noticed we were the only people in the store that she treated this way. The manager even came to the front of the counter when we were checking out and paying and still never acknowledged us but looked at the cashier that checked us out that happen to be black also. Maybe she thought we knew the cashier 👀 this particular manager should not work in management she showed her racism very well and she was so unfair PERIOD!
