Do to COVID-19 the amount of people allowed in the store is very limited. There is usually a wait to get in. While you are waiting standing in line the lady would ask you is you know what you are getting so they can actually bring it to you. The transaction can be done and you dont even have to get in. If you are like me coming for a specific thing, but planning to buy more if you see something you like. The wait to get it could take 5 to 10 min. Depending on the day you go. Saturday is the day I usually go.

My experience at this location wasn’t the best especially compared to the Oglethorpe mall location. i came to purchase a Disney charm for my bracelet after picking out the charm i asked for my bracelet to be clean because it was stressed to me when i got my bracelet that i can get free cleanings at any location however she declined my service. at the end of the transaction she asked if i wanted my receipt emailed or printed, i opted for an email as i do each time i go & still haven’t received my receipt. the lady who “helped” me was kiarra

Zach the manager was extremely helpful in my purchases and very informative and comforting to my confusion and dismay. I have no clue about jewelry but he helped me pick out the perfect gift. Thank you!

Great atmosphere and salesperson. No long wait easy to get in and out of the store. The salesperson cleaned my jewelry and placed my new charms on my bracelet even offering suggestions. Which I took! Thanks Pandora 💕 😊

I usually don’t write reviews but felt compelled to write one after the experience at this location. I ordered 4 bracelets and 6 charms online as Christmas gifts. Shipping took forever and I received the package from Pandora on Christmas Eve around 5:30pm. I opened the package only to find out that I was missing 3 bracelets and 3 charms. I automatically went into panic mode because these presents were for 4 very special women in my life. I rushed to this location and arrived around 6pm. They closed at 6 but the manager was nice enough to let me in to repurchase the items. I was able to get a refund the day after Christmas for the items I didn’t receive so everything worked out in the end. I didn’t get the managers name but thank you once again. Will definitely be shopping at this location moving forward.

I did buy a bracelet and a charm but I was not impressed at all with the service. Still waiting on my email receipt to make sure I received the discount of 10 percent. I will never come back to this Tanger Outlet. I felt like she wanted me to buy the most expensive starter set.

Such a quaint little store with the cutest jewelry! I was looking for a ring Id seen online, so I went in and was immediately greeted by the employees. Although it was busy (many dudes were coming in asking about Pandoras ever popular charms), I was assisted after only a minute or two. Even though Id forgotten the name of the ring, the lady who helped me knew right away which one I was talking about, and even helped me find the right size. Checkout was quick and simple! Pandora jewelry is lovely, and best of all, it wont break the bank.

I went here today an I was told that they where have technical difficulties an I had to stand outside in which that was not true everything was working fine the staff member kierre was very rude she didn’t have any patience with us she acted as if she didn’t wanna service us, I wouldn’t have said anything about standing outside but being that I’m 9 months pregnant an I have two boys made it hard for me to stand an with that being said I won’t be shopping here again....

I have a new Pandora bracelet but only 1 charm.

I was asked for a cleaning of bracelet. The staff said cannot clean now I have to wait for an hour for cleaning and she had no apologies for waiting. But apparently there’s no one in the store how can the staff not dealing with the customer. Felt very disappointed on the manner of the staff.

I had made a purchase during cyber Monday at the physical store. Was told my card did not go through the first time when I showed them the charge posted on my bank card via my bank app they informed me that it had not shown on their end. So ran my card again showed the second charge. Was assured that the first one wouldnt go through but if I had issues to call in 3-4 days so I did. Was told they would refund me for the first charge and would show within 5-6days. It did not called a second time and was told for some reason the work order wasnt done. Another 5-6days go by and still nothing credited. I call yet again am informed that they should of completed the work order. Put another one in. Got tired of dealing with them so went through my banking system to get the credit back. Contacted the CS dept and informed them of my experience. Was assured they would be on it. Got a call from the management there and was told for my troubles to expect a gift and possible coupon for the troubles. Did not get either one of them. Informed my CS point of contact and that is the last I heard of it. Since this experience I will not spend my money at any other Pandora store again. Especially the Pooler Ga store in the Tanger outlets.

Excellent service attention to detail and they went the extra mile to show me more options related to what I was looking for. Others in the store shopping also seemed to be getting extra attention. It was a great experience. Now I see why another jeweler referenced me to them.

My husband and I have brought several pieces of jewlery from this location and I went back to this Pooler Outlet to ask to purchase a cleaning cloth or solution to clean my ring. I was told that they dont sale any cleaning products and that they dont clean any jewlery and that I should use Dawn dish soap to clean my jewlery that I jus got for Christmas.... So I went the Pandora in the Oglethorpe Mall in Savannah and I was told that they clean all Pandora customers jewlery. I was very disappointed to learn that the Pooler location Pandora employees lied about something so simple like that..... 😩

I visited the store on June 29,2018 everything went well until the lady lost my charm, she replaced that charm and when I came home and was looking at the charm my son purchase for me and noticed another charm was missing!! I have never had this experience at no other Pandora store !! Beware when you go there to purchase charms and have them put it on, and beware when they clean your bracelet!! I don’t know if the employee lost or stole my heart charm... but Pandora needs to replace it or I will try to sue Pandora !!! Please Please pay close attention to your bracelet and make sure it has all the on it before you leave the store!! Will never shop at the Pandora store in Pooler,Georgia ever again,and I will let people know how careless the employees are with the customer’s jewelry!! Nice people but very careless!!

My daughter and I went there this past Friday. Bad experience. There was a lady leaving for break, she stepped to the back to let co-workers that we came in. In the meantime, the only sales person on the floor who was already helping some gentlemen excused herself and step to the back to let them know that customers had come into the store, they had shut the door to the back because there was a lot of laughing going on. Several other people had already came in. We had been there over 15 minutes when the first lady who was going on break had come back and noticed. She even called them out to the floor area and did NOT even get to finish her break. The woman who waited on us was NOT friendly at all, she was rude and then trying to explain herself that she was brushing her teeth. My thought is that she was just being lazy and did NOT want to come out to help ANYONE. I will not go back there again. I would go to the Hilton Head store which was a great experience there.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue is the stores AC was obviously not working properly, because it was very hot in the store. Felt really bad the employees because they have to work in such conditions.
