Today I went to this location....the location across from Old Navy.....and the 1st young lady, from Hinesville, was super nice. She was very helpful and patient while I was trying to decide on which glasses I wanted to purchase. As I was about to pay, the young lady was saying how much I saved when she applied my coupons. As she said the word coupon, the Afrian American lady walked in and said which coupon are you trying to apply? I showed her the coupons and she proceeded to tell me the coupons couldnt be applied. Im like well the young lady was going to apply them, my card is literally an inch away from the machine to pay. She takes the coupons out the system which changed my total amount drastically. I informed that she should honor the coupon this time and Ill know next time. She said no because it would flag the system and the 1st young lady would get in trouble. I explained that in no way would I want anyone to get in trouble therefore she should explain that the young lady didnt know better and she as the manager honored the transaction. Of course the lady said no, so I kindly told the 1st young lady thank you for being so kind and I walked out...without purchasing the sunglasses of course. D- for the rudeness and poor customer service of the manager.

Rude service I walked in and a female yelled you cant be in her without a mask. I dont mind being asked to leave but yelling is different. Will NEVER do business with the hut again.

They sit there and stand next to you. Than ask several questions. I will never go in there again.

Honestly, I just went in just to look at some sun glasses because I needed a new pair. I browsed though them while having a conversation with the sales person. They were a little more expensive than I would have liked and I probably would have passed on them if it wasnt for Samantha. She answered all of my questions and helped me get exactly what I was looking for. Thank you, Samantha.

Manager Brittany was excellent and really knew her product. Definitely would recommend going to see her to take care of your sunglasses needs!

The only reason I gave 3 stars was the only pair of shades that looked good on me was over $300 Versace.
