The worse builder, anyone, could pick. I spent eight months with this builder to build a home for me, and they could not fulfill the first date that was on the contract or give me a new date after going past the deadline. I was in corporate housing past my due date to move out, and Ashwood didnt want to provide any funding for my stay in temporary housing after it was there fault I was still in my hotel. So after wasting two more months with them and seeing the house was not going to get done anytime soon I had to rush and get a home with Lamar Smith Builders. So I wasted my time and money with Ashwood, and their professionalism was the worse I ever dealt with in a business setting. SO DONT DEAL WITH THEM THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

I wouldnt ever buy another house built by this company...I would list the problems but they are long and extensive. I was promised things that never happened and the worst part is, is that I have a open hole in my roof missing a duct vent from the stove/microwave fan to the ceiling vent and the builder keeps blaming the appliance installation people when CLEARLY it is a builder issue! Buy if you choose to, youve been warned!
