I paid almost $10 for an ice cream cup and it taste like milk,no flavor at all. It was dripping on my hands before I even made it to the car. Ice cream literally tasted like something I could’ve brought at the grocery store for $2. The way that it’s set up plus the prices I thought it would be good but I honestly want my $10 back 🤦🏾‍♀️

Delicious! I ordered the cotton candy milkshake, my son ordered the cookies n creme and both were amazing. Easily one of my favorite places in Pooler.

The employees are so sweet they took care of us and had amazing conversations and laughs while they did! What a great group of workers!

Paid 13 bucks for small waffle cone and a tiny cup of ice cream. My waffles cone which i paid extra for the (chocolate dipped one), was clearly broken on the bottom. They just wrapped it up in a napkin to over the bottom. It is missing like 2 inches! Not just a little. The lady who was working the front seemed like she would rather be doing something else. The ice cream tasted just like DairyQueen. They have it set up like ColdStone, but they dont really crash or blend anything together really. It is just a stranger place. ID SAY KEEP GOING, FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GET ICECREAM.

Came there at 9:30pm, sign posted that they close at 10 but the green haired fat girl and some small blue haired girl looked at me and my girlfriend Karen and wouldn’t let us in! Walked to the back of the store and waited for us to go away and as soon as we got back in my vehicle they came back out and continued to clean the place so they could leave work. It was rude. Never coming back.

Its worth the money I couldnt even finish

The location is convenient, and there are many other venues in the area. It’s a popular area on a Friday night. We went right before closing, the staff was quick and efficient. The tables and a chair and the floor was not clean from previous patrons. I used napkins and my water bottle to clean up the table and chair. Overall the ice cream was good but nothing terribly exciting.

No impressed order some the through door dash where they say they accept orders till 9:30 but they canceled my order 1.5hrs after I had placed it. Shouldn’t of taken them an 1.5hrs to figure out if they could do the order. This was going to be our first time ordering and I was excited.

Recently I ordered Door Dash and the driver came to this location and brought me the wrong order. While I was sad, the employees were super kind and remade my order. While I did have to go pick it up myself, they were super kind and I really appreciated their understanding and not questioning me as if it was my fault!

Everything was melted. The ice cream was thin and icey, not creamy at all. Unimpressed. This place is pretending to be Cold Stone but falls well short. This is a poor knockoff of a very good ice cream franchise.

So when we first went and we noticed that the freezers were open. When we placed our order we could see that the ice cream was clearly melted and had more of a soupy consistency then a hard ice cream consistency. Took one bite, and immediately told her the ice cream is no good and that I dont want this and wouldnt pay for it. When I asked her why they do this they said its because the hard ice cream is too hard to work with. Terrible service, lazy and rude. Dont waste your money.

The shake was fantastic.

First visit. Had a shake and wife had a sugar come with a scoop of pecan ice cream. Shake was thin for my taste. Huge straws so I was expecting something thicker. Wife was happy with her ice cream cone. Staff was courteous but not overly friendly. Weve just moved here and are loot for a good ice cream shop that serves banana splits. Just checking the place out :) ... it was okay and because its convenient to where we live, well give it a second try.

This was the worst place ever! I order a ice cream with cookie dough it was horrible . I didn’t even eat one bite of it, I asked for a refund do to how bad it tasted . They refused I left the ice cream on the counter untouched. I will never be back and I honestly do not recommend them . Down the street by Lowe’s is a place called ice cream shop they are 1000 X better!

It was great there, the staff were friendly, especially Sruhtee, and the ice cream was delicious, you can add pretty much anything to yours from fruit to chocolate and cake..My fav place for ice cream,m!!

This is my favorite place to get ice cream. They have such unique flavors like the charcoal mocha which is limited edition. Their ice cream is made fresh and served very well. The staff is super friendly and the prices are reasonable. I recommend this to anyone who is in the Pooler area:)

This place is not good. It’s really Hot on the inside. The ice cream taste like powder. They didn’t wear any gloves. I have been to other marble slabs and they are way better. I would not go, unless you like chalk? The shake is like water

Just what I wanted

This is great ice cream. Its hand-rolled. You have the option of getting your scoops in a cup or on a waffle cone. Its similar to Ben & Jerrys except you watch them make whichever flavor you select. You can even pick your own ingredients. I give this place 5 stars.

I love this place. Good serving sizes and any and all toppings you want for no extra charge. Prices are reasonable, too. Of course, after you eat a cup or cone of this ice cream, youll need to swim 32 laps, run 3 miles, and lift weights for 2 more hours without a break. Then, youve just broken even burning up the calories. But hey, its worth it, right?!?!

Visited this place with my family. When we entered the store, there was a foul smell that smelled like a restroom. We chalked it up to maybe a restroom issue, and we were getting our ice cream to go anyway. When we ordered the ice cream appeared soft. When they put it on the slab to add the mix ins you could tell it was soft. The employee turned the ice cream over twice and dumped it into the cups. My husband got a cookies and cream milkshake, but it didnt taste like there was any oreos in it. This was a sad experience for a well known brand. We wont be back to this location.

Was disturbed to realize that racism is alive and well in Marble Slab Creamery.

Disappointing. The icecream was melted by the time they handed it to me. The waffle cones are too thin and they just break off pieces in your hand. The add ins arent mixed in, theyre tossed on top and folded over once and put on the cone. Marble slab is like Coldstones Chinese knockoff. I wont be back. On the bright side though, the staff was friendly and the store was clean and inviting. Unfortunately the product is the problem.

Its what you expect from a Cold Stone copy. Lots of good flavors and unlimited mix-ins. However, the mix-ins arent listed, so you have to go to the end of the line to see what they have.

Ice cream was already melting when we were handed the cones. Couldnt even eat it without pouring it into a bowl. Tasted more like the ice cream you get at a Chinese buffet than premium ice cream. I wouldnt recommend coming here to anyone !

All the ice cream was really melted in the box but we figured it was just the top. Unfortunately that was not the case. Over $6 for mostly melted ice cream. Before we could eat it the cone collapsed in our hands spilling it all over my husband shirt.Very unhappy with the Pooler Marble Slab.

The ice was already melted when we bought it. After two minutes it melted completely and as a result1. We paid 13 dollars for 2 ice creams2. We didnt eat ice cream3. I had dirty clothes and it was hard to wash this thing out.

Its a bit expensive but my kids enjoyed the majestic shakes as a treat for doing good in school 🙂 no complaints!

We usually come for ice cream on Sundays, Never had an issue until Today 05-29-17, I ordered birthday cake ice cream with cookie dough, the cookie dough tasted disgusting, I always get the same and today was just so gross, it was old and the inside was just bad. I told the lady about this and she told the other person working there, this lady came and immediately began talking with an attitude and first thing she said was I cannot give you anything else, she was extremely rude and disrespectful when began raising her voice in front of all of her customers!! Wow I was just so shocked, her customer service was HORRIBLE! I had a medium cup and she said she will not give me the same size and did not care what I paid for. Very disappointing after coming here every Sunday!

Horrible. My daughter got the sweet cream ice cream and tasted like sour cream. The workers would not give us a refund. The assistant manager could barely speak english. We eventually just gave up and left.

At this location, the ice cream seems watered down, they opted for such cheep spoons that they bend, the scoop size is noticeably smaller than other locations and to top it off, I bit into what appeared to be a plastic lid piece from their mixing container. Not even an apology was given when I alerted them for the safety of other customers.

Not worth the price. Ice cream was splashy and kind like melting when they hand to me.

Usually I don’t leave reviews but we walked in and were “greeted” with stares. (This was at 7pm tonight and there were 3 employees working). No one said hello or smiled. When my husband asked how big the cups were one of the employees slowly and grumpily explained “3 scoops”. It was very very poor customer service and as customers we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. It was our first time coming here and I won’t be coming back.

I look forward to Marble Slab anytime I can find one. I helped open one in Amarillo and worked there for almost a year. I love Marble Slab.On 11/13/2017 I entered the Pooler Slab and all I wanted was two scoops in a waffle cone - one with banana ice cream and a mixin and the other with coffee ice cream and a mixin. I was told this was not allowed. I could only mix the two ice creams together with one mixin or sprinkle the mixin over the top of the two scoops. I didnt care how much it cost, just make the ice cream how the customer wants! I conceded and agreed on one mixin only so the employee proceeded to dump the two scoops out of the waffle bowl and started to mix the two flavors together. When I stopped her saying I wanted the two scoops separate she said it was too late she couldnt waste the ice cream. I kindly asked for her to start over but she refused. I left without ice cream and will unfortunately not return to this location. Employees need to better trained with a focus on the Customer.

Their customer service needs some work. I was skipped over 3 times in the line and then the ice cream tasted like spoiled milk. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
