Drive thru sux she was or seemed rude. I guess I got on her nerve by asking for a number 4 plain no tomatoes, no lettuce or pickles. She blurted out No Onions what about bbq Sauce!? You want the BBQ!? Huh! No Onions and yes ti BBQ and add mayo please. After she ask me what type of sandwhich I wanted and me explaining how i wanted it, they gave me a fully loaded sandwhich anyway.

These ladies were very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend the chocolate shake! This was my first visit into Savannah and these ladies made it a 100% wonderful visit!!! Late night shakes!

Stick with the corn dogs and strawberry limeade. Everything else has been consistently disappointing like a cold hamburger with a cold slice of American cheese .If you want A Good Burger try Five guys, Culvers or better yet Freddies

Just went to the drive thru to order food. After ordering food and them telling me they had no ice, I pull up and a customer is handing the person in the window a dead fish. The drive thru person took the fish!!! With the same hands she was about to serve me food with!! Not including taking a dead fish the flaunt through the restaurant back where they make all the food! Dhec will definitely be called and send videos and pictures for proof!

I dont know how drive thru intercoms work but if theres a way to turn volume up, they seriously need to do that on there end. Its so aggravating to have to repeat your order three times yelling because the employee keeps saying, what, huh, can you repeat I didnt hear that. Like wtf😒

We had several parts of our order come out wrong or be forgotten. Mistakes happen, thats understandable, as long as they make it right its not a big deal so I let all that go. But they messed up a friends sandwich, even though we verified details on that order. They said theyd make a new one, but clearly just wiped the mayonnaise off and gave us the same sandwich back with mayonnaise residue on it still. Will not be back.

Always a good place to get a jalapeno burger, fries and a drink. Love the nostalgia and the carhops are always fast accurate and courteous. They work for tips and they know it.

In an industry like fast food where the expectations are usually low to begin with the Sonic in Pooler seems to be pushing the boundaries of just how low you can go. The service is horrible. Just go to Chic Fil A.

Here is my story; I ordered some food on February 18th, 2021 via the Sonic app. I arrived at 4:03 p.m., confirmed that I was at the correct Sonic and followed the prompts on the Sonic app. The Sonic app let me know that my order was received and a minute later that it was on the way out. However, when it had not been delivered to me by 4:15 p.m. I was sure my order was very late, so I called this Sonic to find out what happened. It seemed to me that either my order had been given to someone else, forgotten completely, or wasnt sent to this particular Sonic. When my order was delivered, the carhop informed me that supposedly the order never went through and they didnt receive it. I find this weird because as I stated before the app said it was received and on its way out and the order screen at this Sonic said the same thing...I dont usually have a problem at this Sonic so thats why I didnt give it a one star but being lied to so obviously doesnt sit right with me.

The fries were hard nasty the tater tots were salty the burger was dry hard the worker were on there phone and not attending cautamers no good

Sonic doesnt disappoint. The food is yummy and who doesnt love their slushies. And helloooo happy hour! We didnt do the drive thru, we parked instead. Only reason for 4 stars, when ordering you could barely, and I mean barely hear them through the speakers. It was a ton of repeating and struggling to hear over the surrounding traffic, especially while we were sitting higher in our truck.

At first the employee on the speaker taking our order didnt sound happy to be there and I thought we all have our days. What bothered me more than anything is that once I got to the window all 3 employees I could see had their masks on their chins. Their mouths and noses were completely uncovered as they prepped and handled food. How is this acceptable at this point of the pandemic? I can understand ignorance at the beginning of the pandemic but we are now almost 8 months since this has become a huge public health issue... Unacceptable!

Typically go to this location for my Sonic needs. Its fast food, so expectations should already be lowered. The quality of foods/drinks are hit or miss. Some days they are quick, some days they are extremely slow.

Bad service did not put cheese on my burger like I asked

We checked out this place on our drive back up north. I had heard of Sonic but never tried it. No skating waitstaff but they were polite. Kiddo enjoyed her hot dog. It is gigantic! They forgot my hot dog but were kind enough to apologize rectify the mistake. I sadly ended up getting incredibly sick and spent most of our time at South of the Border in the restroom. The onion rings are...interesting... to say the least. The batter was super sweet. Almost like someone dumped a ton of vanilla and sugar in the batter before frying something that was waved in the general direction of an onion. We couldnt eat them. Hubs loved his ice cream blast thing. The lemonade was decent once the ice melted. Think of something artificially sweetened and lemon flavored with tiny bits of lemon pulp scattered in it. Cute experience with the drive in aspect. May go back just for hubs and kiddo but I certainly wont be eating there again.

The service was terrible. We got 2 burritos and 2 toasters and they forgot half of it. After about 10 minutes she got someone who actually knew what they were doing to help us. On the plus side once we finaly got the food it tasted pretty good.

Pulled up for a simple burger combo and had to wait for 30 minutes while the drive through line was going around an round. finally had to push the button again They came out a few minutes after, I checked my bag and half my order was missing. I am very displeased with pooler sonic.

Day staff is almost always on point while night staff have almost always been rude with major mix ups. Had someone allergic to tomatos and when they brought back the exact same sandwich with it just taken off and not remade, they attempted to argue with us when it was clear as day that even the wrapper was not changed. I avoid sonic at night at all costs.

I am usually a big fan of this Sonic and stop here often. Today, unfortunately, the service around 12 noon was incredibly slow. We waited in the drive thru lane for over 10 minutes as the staff dealt with a single vehicle at the window. Why they did not have them pull forward to serve others in line is unknown to me. As a result, our burgers were luke warm and the fries were cold. I will be back but disappointed today.

We experienced poor customer service.. neither waitresses had any personality.. i ordered a medium reeses blast with caramel. It only had a teaspoon of reeses tops and tasted little to no caramel. When I told the waitress, she rolled her eyes and said thats how it comes. I basically paid 6 bucks for ice milk. My sis ordered a caramel shake with extra caramel.. it was overflowing and running everywhere when she got it and had little to no caramel.. The WHOLE experience was HORRIBLE. Will not be going back!

I had an ice cream cone. There is something delicious about that old fashioned vanilla. I wish they had other flavors like pistachio or black raspberry, or grapenut.
