Definitely the worst Ups store Ive ever been in. None of the workers ever want to help you. They stand around while the store is full of customers and act busy when people have been in line for over 20 minute, instead of helping them. Id recommend taking the extra 10 minutes to drive to Blue Moon Xing store because this one is awful every time.
I have been going to this store for 3 years yeah ears and I go there quite frequent I go there quite frequently the manager of the the manager of the store Patty is one of the route is 1 of the rudest customer service managers I the Mercer vice managers I have ever seen in my life.. She has no business being up front and hope business being up front and working with people every time I have win in there every time I have win in there she is rude its rude and very Miserable person which definitely wrote which definitely reflects on her work and customer service abilities everyday . I have a pending claim with them as well and so this is as well and so this is what did it in for me with her lack of with her lack of professionalism
This store is great. The staff is efficient and polite no matter how busy they are which they seem to always be! We use them to ship a large number of items back to our customers and Patty and Anthony are always great to work with!
This is the best store youll ever walk into for any & all of your shipping needs. I work close by, which is why I started using this location (but now I go out of my way no matter where Im coming from to make sure I get great service). The employees are always extremely helpful and efficient, making sure to get you the best possible option for your preferences. Ive also used them for printing, scanning, etc and have never been disappointed. Youll definitely feel like your time is being respected, while enjoying a clean and friendly environment. Im not usually one to write reviews but they deserve the recognition for their hardwork and Id give 10 stars if I could!
This UPS store is one of the most professional, polite, and smooth sailing ones I have ever been to. The manager, I believe Anthony is his name, is very patient when helping every time I make a visit. This also goes for the employees! I am glad there are local postal stores that can display such hospitality and respect. I would recommend going here!

I ship a lot of packages and this UPS store is the best I’ve used. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The store does get very busy at times but even when the line is out the door the wait isn’t very long. I would highly recommend for your shipping and office service needs.

I had something big I needed to get a quote on for shipping that someone purchased from me online. I happened to be in the port wentworth area so went in that UPS store to get the quote.once I received payment I went to mail the item but was closer to the Pooler UPS so I went to in and got a completely different MUCH higher price and when I told them what port wentworth quoted me they just said “no way” very rude and disappointed
Walked in with two boxes with prepaid labels. The manager had just finished with someone and started on a young lady who apparently wanted passport photos. 15 minutes later hes finished with her and Im late. Not good time management.

I don’t speak English very good so I had someone help me write this review but when I was in there the other week a sweet young girl with blue eyes helped me. Nobody else even offered to help when they saw me obviously struggling. I needed help translating a document into English and typing it and she was more than happy to help. She stood at the computer with me and translated it all to English for me. That was extremely helpful and I thank her so much for doing that. I hope she’s there every time I come in so she can help me.
Great staff! Helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient! Some days they need more help and you can get stuck in here for 20 minutes, and I’m not including holidays because it’s understood they will have delays and higher demand during that time.
Have had several issues with this store, wrong mail, spare key took forever, been put on hold for over 10 minutes, twice. Finally hung up and called back. Issue with address with post office, owner was kinda rude about it and couldn’t offer any help.Thanks for your reply Patrick. It was not you. An older lady at the store. I understand the holiday season. I am in a similar field and I know we all have crazy days. Still no way to treat customers and if its that bad then either find another job or maybe take a step back and regroup, if possible. Rest of staff seemed pretty good. I understand most of them are younger and need a little work. Some were better than others and could benefit from some additional training. Just an opinion. Thank you for your response and time.
I came into the store to ship a Christmas present back home to Ohio. Only to find an irate woman calling the store employees every name in the book. The employees worked together to diffuse the situation, find the solution, and get this customer’s items where they needed to go. They handled a difficult customer with tact and compassion. Even though this store is a national brand store, they serve folks like a local mom and pop store would. Proud of the way they conduct business and I will return again. Big shout out to the young ladies working this morning.
Terrible service!Just wanted to print something.Apparently the associates didnt have the time to help since the guy just yelled at me from across the counter.As he continued to talk with the young lady about her hair and it being naturally cury, l ended up printing pages I didnt want but was still charged.Ill try FedEx next time.

I needed to ship 5 different boxes to 5 different addresses during a busy time of the day. Sky was very patient and helpful with me and I was able to get everything shipped in a timely manner. Also there was an incident while in the store where a woman wanted to ship a part of a firearm and the staff informed her it was against UPS policy. The woman became belligerent but the staff was calm and professional the whole time and when the woman left they continued buisness in a professional and friendly manner. Thats a very difficult situation to be in and kudos to all the staff. Will always go here over FedEx or USPS
I ship with UPS all the time in Metro Atlanta and always hand the individuals my Amazon order they scan it and take the time. The gentlemen tells me this time that he needs an box. I drop my items off and scan the Amazon label all the time and he looked at me like I was wrong. No its him that was wrong. I know I wasnt wrong. Didnt even try to understand it. Horrible service!!
I went to this store the other week and was ignored by a young brunette girl at the front counter she was just leaning on a counter on the side on her phone. Another girl came from the back with a limp and promptly asked if I needed help. I didn’t get her name but she had sort of dirty blonde hair. She was extremely sweet and helped me get the right size box for what I was doing and helping me package it as well. I felt bad that she had to limp around putting my items together for me and wanted to commend her for being such a hard worker even with an injury. I respect that greatly especially when I see it in young people. It’s very lacking in our young people today. I do hope she sees this and gets commended for her work. I will come back to this store just for that young lady. The other one I talked about before should be trained in how to deal with customers or just let go.

I went to the store last Thursday for shipping the important papers work, and now they missed it with no reason and they do not let me know about that, then the guys told me i have to pay for the new shipping . What is the terrible customer service.
What a condescending attitude from the lady at the front counter. I just needed help printing as I’m not very knowledgeable at their printer. The woman just proceeded to yell from the counter about not having wireless printing and that was that. I would have thought I’d receive the same customer service as the customers in suits but this was not the case. What a disappointment
Horrible Horrible customer service this is my Access Point Location and thats only because this is were in live they truly need all new employees there lazy and content. I come for my packages they never look to see if you have more than one the employee will see one item with your name and they wont look any further meanwhile you may have three more in that exact location. Theyre almost always busy and theres not much room to form a line / people cant use common sense enough to snake a line on their own, but I dont think thats this business fault. Even if they had more staff, there are only three terminals from which they can help customers as is. Ive never once been ignored and I have always been the quietest, most standoffish, fly-on-the-wall type of person in a room, so if they notice me waiting for service, I dont see how a previous reviewer would have actually been ignored. Especially considering they way they wrote their review, they seem like a very loud, entitled person, so how could they possibly go unnoticed?I really like the manager, the older lady, and the two hard working young ladies who used to both have blonde hair--now one of them has dyed theirs black. Theyre all very efficient and effective, despite the place always being overburdened.Recently, theyve gotten two new employees who I feel arent as up to the task. This place moves a lot of customers. Perhaps its a learning phase, but theyre both lacking that same pep in their step.I wish the original crew could stay on for as long as I rent a box here, but thats selfish and I know people gotta move on to bigger and better things for themselves at some point. Just gotta roll with the punches. Im sure the new guys will catch up.Everyone else needs to be patient or go elsewhere. Its the one UPS Store in the area serving all of the rapidly expanding Pooler and people like me coming from Savannah. What are they supposed to do? The store is pretty much over run with customers at all times. Youll almost never be able to just walk up to the counter and take care of your transaction. You need to plan on waiting for service. They really need to expand to a larger location, with a couple extra people. Other than that, the folks that work there are generally doing the best that they can, given the circumstances.
Every single time I walk into this place, it takes over 20 min. They are always under staffed and if they do have more than one person they are all “doing other things”. When employees see 5 or 6 people waiting, there is no respect for their time. It’s one thing to acknowledge your customers that are waiting, it’s another to just IGNORE them. It’s called the ART OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don’t mind waiting, as I offered the female behind me in line to go ahead of me,because she was on a time frame! What I mind is being non existent to the owner. This is why you have 3.5 stars. Im in customer service and I know,without a shadow of doubt, that makes or breaks online reviews! A little “hello, I’ll be right with you” goes a loonnnngggg way!

I have been to your store twice in the past few weeks to buy little things. When I was there the first time I was helped by a young brunette who had a very bad attitude with other customers as well as myself. She was very rude and a bit condescending the whole time she was helping me. I was also in there today and I saw her (I heard another employee say what I believe is her name “Katelyn”) behaving the same way, rude with a bad attitude, but this time it was to a young man behind the counter. Its not a good experience to see employees behave that way to each other in front of customers. Just seeing the same employee behave the same way on multiple occasions is something that pushes me away from coming to this store. I don’t know if this behavior is something that is allowed in your workplace or not but it should be taken care of without customers witnessing the behavior.
Anthony Smith saved the day. We recently stayed at the Home2 Suites in Pooler and realized wed forgotten a spare car key in our room. The hotel found it but refused to mail it to me, requiring me to make arrangements to have it picked up. UPS said theyd pick it up but couldnt put it in an envelope. The hotel said they didnt have the ability to mail it, which would have cost less than a dollar. I called the UPS Store. Anthony went above and beyond the call of duty, understood my frustration, and picked up the key after hours and sent it to me the following day. Thank you so much, Anthony.
When I came into this store on my last visit I was helped by a young brunette girl with a bad attitude towards me and what seemed like other customers. It’s very unprofessional to behave in that way towards paying customers.
I am deaf and felt so appreciated that way the service treated me right with respect. The worker named patty know how to say thank you in sign language. :) I removed the negative comment last time.
I cant express how much I hate UPS stores! To Xerox a single B/W page, it costs about $4.00! Ridiculous! I can do it at FedExOffice for 12 cents. And I took a package into the Pooler location at Christmas just to see how much the shipping would be and the girl started ringing it up withou my ok, trying to bait me into paying their ridiculous price! We never get our mail. They say we don’t have any however when I call the companies that have mailed it. The Pooler UPS store has signed for it.Do not ever rent a box there. This place is horrible.

Tried to ship a package. A golf rangefinder. Oh sir, that’s meant to be affixed to a firearm. You have to take that to a FFL to have shipped. You idiots shipped this to my house from amazon. Did you think it just materialized at my house?!? What is wrong with you. They had to get all the staff in the back of the store while customers were waiting to have discussion about it. Boycott UPS, this is rediculous.

Awful management skills...awful, awful, awful! I used the computer to print a document. I then walked up to the counter. There was an employee at the register typing on the keyboard while holding a receipt.Another customer came into the store and got in line behind me.I stood there for 7 or 8 seconds before another employee farther away looked up and asked me if I had been helped.The derelict employee who was ignoring me and the other customer turned to face the employee (who was doing the right thing) and said He (meaning me) just stepped up and shes behind him. He then muttered something to the other employee about helping me.The employee at the register who was oddly defensive was the manager. This manager did several things wrong:1. He Knew he should have acknowledged myself and the lady behind me immediately. His response to his worker asking me if I had been helped is proof of his guilt.2. He indirectly Blamed his employee for his mistake. His worker was actually doing the right thing.To be fair, the manager was a kid. He may have been 24 years old. I think hes a little young to be running a store.The worst customer service sin committed is ignoring a customer. Then he actually blamed the other worker!There is lots of room for improvement and personal growth here. The first step is accept responsibility for your actions. Kids normally learn that when they are 4 or 5. But these millenials think everything is everyone elses fault.Hopefully this feedback wont fall on deaf ears. I like the UpS store and go there all the time for my printing needs.

I read the reviews before going to the store and hesitated to utilize its services as a result. After working on my project (my family was hosting an awards banquet and I needed to print the awards on silver card stock) for over 3 hours, I realized that I needed help and decided to go to UPS as they were the closet print shop.Before I continue, it must be noted that I am not from GA, have never used UPS to print anything of this magnitude in my own home town or any other place, I was very reluctant to go to UPS after reading the reviews AND I arrived to the store at 2:38 p.m. and the location closed at 3 p.m on Saturday.When I arrived, I was greeted with a hello and that was it, so I immediately panicked, thinking that the reviews of horrible customer service were accurate. Internally, I settled, took a deep breath and asked if anyone would help me. A young lady named, Kierra agreed and asked me how she could help. For over an hour (remember, I went there 20 minutes before closing), she helped me not only print the documents but perfectthem so that they were suitable for the event and to my liking.The entire time she helped me, she never looked at her watch, did not remind me that the location was now closed, nor did she appear agitated or angry that she was still there after her shift had ended. Kierra was polite, patient and proficient in her willingness to help and provide exemplar customer service. The gentleman servicing other customers, equally waited patiently until Kierra had completed her assistance before they officially closed the store.Thank you to both John and Kierra for your patience and Kierra, thank you again for helping me to ensure that the Scott Family Reunion Awards banquet was a success! My family and I are indebted to your kindness.

There is a thief among the drivers in this city. twice the driver has tried to drop off my package at the front office, claims that they were not open each day that he came to drop off the package our front office was open.they open at 9 am every day. day one the driver said they were not open at 9:13 am the front office opens at 9 am the driver left a note. day two the driver said that they tried to drop it off at 10:15am the front office opens at 9am the driver did not leave a note.....

Website indicates public notary. Drive to store only to find that on Saturdays its not an option and the staff said I could go to Savannah store. If its not an option then dont advertise it during the weekend. Wasted time is wasted money.
