This footwear shoe store was very cleaned, organized, customer service was great and helpful. The prices was reasonable they have shoes for everyone. I like shopping to the one in Florida, but this one has great prices to, also with a good sale all said and done I happy. Well return 👍😊

Brought some Asics in store, for some reason these shoes were not comfortable to my feet while walking. I took them back, no problem, because I had worn them I was able to get store credit. Overall nice staff work here.

The salesperson stood in the aisle and watched me. There were others in the store but I guess I was the only one who looked like I was going to take something w/o paying. Famous Footwear lost a few hundred dollars today as I was looking to buy new Birkenstocks for my husband, my son, and me. I wont spend my $$ in a store that blatantly profiles. #NotTodayKaren.

Very pleased, they had the style I was looking for. They did not have the color and size I wanted so I was offered to get them shipped to me for free which took 3 days to receive. I also liked the buy one get one half off deal and I used a 5 dollars off coupon too! The woman working was pleasant and helpful. Defiantly will shop here again!

Nice experience

Will never shop here again told my mom that she had to leave the store even though we told them 2 TIMES she has a MEDICAL CONDITION to where she cant wear a mask. Manager told us it didnt matter and that she couldnt do unless she put one on and was extremely rude!!!

As a lady with larger feet and usually stuck buying mens shoes, this place surprised me. Plenty of shoes in my size with styles that I actually like. And the prices are fantastic for the quality.

The sales rep. associate #158509 noticed that I was having a little trouble finding the footwear I was searching for after going to 3 other shoe stores. She promptly came over and assisted me. I found what I was looking for and was in and out in about 20 minutes. Thanks for your assistance.

I shop there a couple times and when i did they had a lot of clearance and great prices . great costumer service ..... Variety of shoes and great shoes too. Bought shoes there and lasted a long wear .... Great place to shop for great shoes.... If you need shoes i do recommend going check this place first ..... Employees are nice.....

Went in to get a pair of sneakers for my daughter, was recognized as soon as I entered the store. Associates was very helpful, I got two pairs of shoes & two packs of socks. Was in & out considering it was back 2 school shopping season.

Looking for a specific size... Not a great selection in that particular size, but the experience was pleasant and successful. Clean and tidy store and pleasant staff.

First time Ive been in this store and it the staff was friendly. They got ahead of the game by an employee who went through the line to make sure that our shoe sizes matched and were a left and a right. The line moved faster that way.

I love the different name brand choices that they offer in shoes.They have very helpful and courteous employees. I call this my shoe store .

Not very convenient for seniors!

We had to find what we were looking for. Couldnt get anyone to help us. We asked for help from 2 different people and both said no problem and they both disappeared. We ended up looking ourselves. Good prices and selection, just took forever to get what we needed.

I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! So I have visible tattoos and long blue hair and I understand that not everyone accepts my style.. however, its a problem when you walk into a store and you are followed step by step just because the person doesnt like how you look... THE BLONDE, short manager (Im guessing) never took her eyes off me.. I had a small tote bag with me (because I refuse to use plastic bags) and this woman stalked me through the tiny store and never once asked if I needed help..ignored me when I asked for help and just assumed because I have tattoos going to steal dirt cheap shoes... so after ignoring the fact that nobody greeted me, ignored me then stalked me I STILL picked out a pair of adidas sandals in which were marked ON SALE! The sign, the tag, even the website had them marked on sale... when I went to pay the woman CHANGED THE PRICE TO FULL PRICE AND WHEN I ASKED HER WHY THEY ARENT ON SALE SHE SAID thats an old sign I forgot to take down... and when I said why did you change the price even though it rang up on sale she replied theyre no longer on sale... AND THEN ANOTHER GIRL CAME UP AND STARTED ARGUING THAT THEY CAN CHANGE PRICES AS THEY SEE FIT... unbelievable.. I have worked in customer service for over 15 years and I know for fact that is complete BS!!!! I should have returned them.. and just left but I didnt wanna spend one more minute in that store... THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Youre better off going to the shoe store down the way on the corner called shoes off broadway or something like that.. way cheaper and most importantly GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NO DISCRIMINATION!! Im honestly in awe over this..
