I just call this company asking for cup holders to buy and lady said yes they carrie the product than she ask me my restaurant name i gave it to her than i said i would like to opening a business account she told me rudely we are not taking any new accounts, so i hang up on her. they have monopoly in savannah so they do not care this is the second experience i had. Google should have thumbs down sign rating. they are not even worth any star.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE… THE WORST! STILL THE WORST TODAY!! THEY NEED SOME COMPETITION!!It comes across as you are doing this company a favor by providing it with business by the tone and attitude of the woman who answers the phone. We spoke with her twice in 2-days and her attitude and tone makes it seem we are putting her out having to answer a few questions regarding products. (Maybe Shawntrell) I recommend doing business elsewhere OR Paper Chemical having a coaching session with her in regards to customer service.

Customer service is really lacking. Never greet anyone. And no sense of time. Order might be pulled and ready and can’t get the paper work yet they have payment on file.
