When I went into the cricket in poquoson the first time everyone in there was so amazing. They gave me lots of info on the phone I wanted and made sure they would have the phone I wanted for the week after when I got paid. They have been a pleasure to work with. Im so unbelievably happy that I switched over to them. They have the best service in the poquoson area hands down. Im so happy I made the switch. Thank you everyone at cricket!! Yall rock!

The phone service is great everywhere Ive had to use my phone. MAKE sure you back up your pics before you have them try to transfer from your old phone to your new one - I didnt and all of my pics are somehow gone!

This place has gone down the drain. New manager was rude when I went in to look at stuff. Not sure if she was just having a bad day or what, but either way, Ill be taking my Cricket Wireless needs all the way to Hidenwood because screw that attitude.
