Purchased gas and only got a 3 cent discount when I was getting 11 cents?

Great quick food and snacks! The team that works there is too awesome. They keep the whole place neat, the food hot (or cold if its supposed to be cold) and the drink station clear of messes. Best 7-11 Ive been to and I love their specials.Update: 31 Oct. They now have the smaller cylinder type ice at the fountain machine. I like it better than the larger cubes personally. Awesome update, and still friendly employees everytime I stop by. Thanks!

I go to 7/11 almost religiously. I like the staff that works there and they always keep there stuff stocked. I can only speak for the night shift, that’s when I come and loot there snacks and energy drinks. Mwahahahaha.

Always rude, cant give back the correct change. She said my total was $10 something I handed her a $50 she said I owe you $20. I politely said No that cant be right. You said my total was ten something and I gave you a $50. She then said its $9.07. I said Ok so you owe me LIKE $41. She responded you gave me money at a drawer that didnt have change! And proceeds to give me exactly $41 I apologized and said Just be glad I didnt give you $100. It was just ridiculous that she couldnt figure out how to do her job and tried to make me feel bad for handing her a $50, which 7-11 should be more than capable of producing change for especially at 2:00 P.M..

I have been going to this 7-Eleven just about every morning for about a year. I get there around 6:00 AM. Over the last few months, Ive noticed some of the wonderful employees who worked there in the past are no longer there. In the last month, when I have been there, there has been no coffee made, coffee with grinds all in it, no one acknowledges you when you walk in the door, as they once did. This new guy that works there, named Jason, looks like he just rolled out of bed every morning. He will look up when you walk in and then turn his back to you. There are no coffee mugs to buy with 7-11 logo on them. Its a disgrace that this nice 7-11 has gone down so bad in the past few months. I will be taking my business back to the 7-11 down the street where the people always greet you and there is always coffee available at 6:00 AM. If this had just happened once, I would not have written about it, but it has been like this the last four times Ive been in, not just at 6:00 AM on weekdays, but also at 8:30 AM on a Sunday! If you have changed management, you need to get the old management back and get the people that used to work there back. Get rid of these new people, they are ruining your business.

Yesterday my TWENTY ONE YEAR OLD girlfriend came into the store to purchase a 6 pack of beer. The cashier asked for ID which is expected. She had no issue handing over her ID to be checked. For some reason, another customer took it upon themselves to say out loud that she was too young. The cashier, without even looking at her ID, agreed with the customer behind her, and denied the sale. She was also misgendered multiple times by the other customer and the cashier even after correcting both of them by saying she was a female. My girlfriend became upset because she didn’t understand why she was being treated this way. Then a female employee came out and reprimanded HER instead of actually seeing what the issue was with the CASHIER. Again who failed to even check the valid ID and deny a sale. Just because someone LOOKS young doesn’t mean they are not of age. The cashier would’ve realized that if he actually looked or even scanned the ID. As well as continuing to misgender someone after already being corrected is ridiculous. I didn’t realize agreeing with a random customer who doesn’t even know my girlfriend and making up assumptions of someone’s age and gender was apart of the job description. Then again I wouldn’t expect much intelligence from some 7/11 employees.

Employees I have dealt with are very nice. Always have decaf coffee no matter what time of day it is. :-)

Smaller one is better.
