I have taken my vehicles to Waterfront for the past couple of years. I have found the owner Matt, to be very fair, prompt and helpful. He does what he says and always looks for options that may be a lower cost . He has great customer service and works hard to provide excellent service at a reasonable price.

Matt was a huge help. We came into town to see Olympic National Park but ran into a rockslide shortly into our trip and poked a hole the transmission oil pan of the rental car. While we are dealing with third parties, Matt and his team went above and beyond providing suggestions and were also patient while we had to wait. Great customer service and honest people

I am in Port Angeles visiting Olympic NP. I had some car trouble coming home that night. I called Waterfront automotive bright and early at 8am. They were super nice, very accommodating and had a part delivered to the shop immediately that morning to get me on my way. Couldnt ask for a more attentive crew! I had my first dealings and surly not last with Paul and Matt...I first contacted them by phone and was greeted with friendliness. I made an appointment to have them check out my ml 350 mercedes radiator. They checked it out and agreed with me that it needed replacing. they gave me a very fair quote and the work was done the very next day. We had an issue with our Hyundai motor seizing, the guys at waterfront automotive worked so hard to find out what the problem was. It turned out is was a recalled issue with the motor! They went above and beyond to contact the hyundai dealership in seattle and arrange everything for us to get it repaired. They were kind, and most importantly honest and up front about the labor and costs and everything. I would reccomend them to all my friends and family and we will definitely be returning the next time I have car troubles.
