I like the store, the employees are very friendly and the manager (his name is Juan) cares about his customers. I am grateful to the pharmacy because they helped me transfer my prescription because other pharmacies did not accept my insurance, the pharmacy was very efficient and the staff was very friendly. thanks for your help!

The pharmacy sucks.. never has the right prescriptions.. after they call an say it ready.. worst pharmacy ever

Store is fine. Pharmacy is the worst! No sense of urgency. Put in Prescription on Friday. Computer says, ready on Saturday. Waited until Sunday. Couldnt fill until Monday. Gave them another day. Computer says ready for pick up. Called on Wednesday. they are working on it. it is 60 pills. I asked when? I asked if 30 mins would be long enough...yes. Drove in an hour later. Three people behind the counter. Two people ahead of me in line. Fine...then I waited, and waited. Stood in line for 20 minutes. Scott Mess is great. Explains everything well and I enjoy dealing with him.They need to make eye contact, tell us they are hurrying...anything to let us know that they are doing something to help us along.The customer service is horrible! So, I am pulling my prescriptions and will go else where. I hate doing that as this store is convenient for me, but the frustration of repeatedly going in to check and waiting has made me go elsewhere. It would only take a few tweaks to make this pharmacy efficient.

I like the store. The pharmacy has been an issue for me lately. I have had a couple instances when prescriptions arent filled in a timely manner. I recently had major surgery and my prescription is 2 days late and they are not answering the phone. I have tried multiple times today. Getting prescriptions filled in a timely manner should be of utmost importance.

The pharmacist are incompetent. I would also like to note the responses to good reviews on here and none to the bad reviews. Seems they have no desire to address their bad service.

This is one of the only places in town that actually carries my eyeliner. The only other place is the other Rite Aid on the other side of town. Thank you and please dont ever get rid of Physicians Formula.

If there is a known issue with your prescription transfer process...... look for ways to resolve it, dont use it as an excuse to put people out.

The store is clean with good long term employees that are knowledgeable, but the pharmacies ineptitude is a whole new level and they dont know how to use the phone apparently answering or calling out. Major lack of understanding the seriousness of there responsibility
