Ive used their services a few times over the past three years. Every time Ive dealt with different people and every time the service has been excellent. I have never felt upsold or cheated. This is a good operation!

I have been a customer with Les Schwabs for 30 years or more now. Never disappointed here... they always do a great job and the stand behind their work like no one else. I recently lifted my pickup and they took care of the alignment for me. Also... with having so many locations it offer ease and piece of mind when we travel.

Had my air sensor go off, pulled into the Port Angeles shop. They were an hour behind so they put me in the queue (which I understand), filled the tire and I came back an hour later. The work order was wrong and they spent 30 min fixing the wrong tire. The kid working on it seems to spend more time gabbing, going to get snacks and drinks while I wait. There is no sense of urgency to fix my tire. Costing me valuable work time. Not happy with a company Ive done business with for over 30 years. Plan on spending double the time when you come here. I maybe looking for a new tire dealership to use.

I got 4 new tires today from Les Schwab. I always get tires here because of the Warranty. This was my first time at this facility. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very quick as well. Great experience.

Have known Les Schwab tire for over 20 years and they were great but now for a brake job on the front end only of a 2019 Nissan Sentra is well over $300. That was usually almost full price for a set of 4 (front and rear) about 10 years ago. Not really happy.

My daughter and I were headed up Hurricane Ridge on June 2nd 2021, it was a beautiful day so we drove all the way from Auburn but when we got closer to Port Angeles my tire pressure light came on. I didnt want to go up the mountain without checking it out so we pulled into Les Schwab and was right away greeted by a very nice young man. Told him the problem and he checked and filled all tires. But he even went the extra mile and told me how to turn off the indicator light and gave me some info on how to check for some things. Wish I got his name but because of his customer service, I would definitely recommend Les schwab in Port Angeles! Thank you!

Ive always purchased my tires and wheels from les shwab and always have no issues what so ever with the staff here or the Sequim one !Their professional experience shows in their work ! Ive even had a lift installed by these gentlemen and was very satisfied with the work ! The warranties on tires or brakes are honored! You need a rotation theyll happily rotate your tires ! All around ive never been dissatisfied once here !

After slicing my tire open on Morris Creek Bridge about 10 at night..during the restructuring of hyw 101..thankfully two of the road crew changed my tire..and the next morning went to Les Schwab and they had me in an out in less then half hr..with 4 new tiers..needed them before winter anyway...point being the folks at Les Schwab have always been my go to guys..not just for tires..

On our vacation to port Angeles at the RV park (stick with me) our front right tire picked up a 1 inch nail while expertly reversing into our camp site. Subaru outback fyi. Anyhow I went to Les Schwab to get it fixed and they took the tire and 1 HR later they had it fixed. They were extremely busy, I felt lucky that they fitted me in. I got the call to pick up the tire and to crown the experience off they did not charge for the service, first time customer. Its the small things that make a difference. Staff were great and fun it made my day. No problem recommending this Les Schwab center as their customer service was a breath of fresh air.

Excellent service! I went in shortly before closing for an evaluation for vibration in my brakes. Within 15 min they had the answer, the front brake rotors were warped. I didnt have time to wait for new parts, and but they were able to resurface the front rotors. Drives like new now, and I was able to continue my trip! I dont remember the name of the woman who did the work, but she was awesome!

I drove up from Santa Cruz with a couple nails in my tires, one on my car, one on the spare. This shop offers complimentary patch repair. fixed both tires up and sent me omw in less than one hour. Wow! Lloyds tire back home wanted me to buy a new tire for $100! Les Schwab will get my next new tire money.sorry, Lloyds.

Excellent service, quality parts. Highly recommended for your new tires, brakes, or suspension work.They replaced a drivers hub, wheel bearing assembly, 2 new tires, and a new rim. They were pretty busy while I was there and they didnt rotate my new tires to the rear of my vehicle like my local tire guy does, but they were affordable and got me in same day when I had a bulge in a side wall.

Our Suburban had a break down in the mid day. The rear tire locked up and would not roll. We thought it was a break issue and had it shipped to Les Schwab. The management was awesome, polite and when a cop came in I got an attitude. Since he was asking for services that could have waited since it was a tire rotation and balance at the end of the day. There was 15 minutes left before they closed. This crew scrambled to get our parts and job done and it lasted till after hours. We are so glad we go to Les Schwab because THIS STORE as well as many others we have been to....are worth 10 stars. Thank you Les Schwab management and crew.

Theyre great for fixing flat tires for free and you can pull up and theyll check your air pressure w/I having to get out of your car. That in itself is extremely convenient for people who have physical issues. Thanks Les Schwabs....

This Les Schwab location is the best! We were driving down hwy 101, set out to explore the Olympic Peninsula, but I unfortunately ran into a curb (trying not to miss the restroom stop) which took a questionable chunk out of my side wall front tire. We knew we were not going to feel comfortable driving all around the peninsula unless it was looked at so we stopped at Les Schwab which happened to be less than 5 miles away from the rest stop.From past experiences, I expected to wait for ages just to get someone to look at the tire and also expected to hear an up-sale even if it was not necessary.Instead, Randy came out to look at my tire right away and gave us his honest opinion. His advice came across as very sincere and fatherly, never trying to up sale any new tires, but instead took the time to see if they had any used tires inside that could work for my vehicle, completely supporting our trip around the Peninsula. He ended up finding one and my car was ready to roll in an hour! When I went up to the counter to pay, he refused my money and said it was completely free. Saying that hopefully I would buy new tires from any Les Schwab location in the future. That was all, and I could not believe it!The kindness that was shown upon us that day really has left an impression on us. This happened back in October 2017, but it has stuck with me since. This will be my first review on Yelp, and I just want to say--- Thank you so much Randy for being an outstanding human being! Les Schwab is where I will go next when I need to get my tires replaced!Thank you, thank you, thank you!

From checking tire pressure to tires, brakes, snow tires. You name it, they got you covered. Found myself back there because tires werent holding air. They thought they might have caused damage to tire by overfilling. Put 4 new/used tires on my Volvo and didnt charge me anything because they wanted me to be happy. Great service.

I needed to get two tires for the front of my car. They did not have any used tires in the size I needed, so I bought two new ones. There was a young woman there who needed one tire, and the one that came off of my car was a perfect fit for her car. The associate assisting me gave me a $30 credit for my used tire and sold it to the young woman who needed it for $30. So, we were both taken care of well and at a reasonable price! It was GREAT!!!!

Wow! I am SO grateful for this place. I’ve had a slow leak in my tire for the last few months, but I never thought to make enough time to get it fixed - I would just pull up to the shop and ask for a tire pressure check, which they always did without any hesitation. But today I decided to actually get it FIXED. Fearing the worst (having to buy new tires) I received a call today saying my car was ready to go - for FREE! I couldn’t believe my ears!! FREE?! What?! Apparently I had a nail in my tire that was causing the leak - a complementary service repair! I’m so happy and relieved and incredibly grateful - and now I don’t need to worry about my tires!! The first day of our road trip, after having driven 10 hours, we find that our right front wheel is leaking brake fluid. We thought our day of hiking and sightseeing was gonna be a bust. But we were able to bring in our FJ first thing in the am. Turns out it was a loose banjo bolt. They tightened it and sent us on our way to explore. Provided a free checkup to be sure I had not damaged anything more than the tire. Went out of their way to help me find the least expensive and best solution even though ultimately it meant I didnt purchase from them. Waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes before they opened, yet they still put two cars ahead of me. That and the associate Ben that helped us was about as warm and friendly as..Scratch that hes just selectively friendly, us old guys and gals get mister stick up his butt, and the young lady gets all smiles and service.

I went there because one of my tires was low, big concern since I am on a 24,000 miles road trip from Florida! Reception staff was very professional. The specialist assigned to check my tire had to, first, empty my trunk of all the luggage to get to the key for the lug nut! He found a screw embedded in the tire and repaired it. My key is now in the glove compartment! Then I was told that it was a complementary service! How sweet!!! I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!

Going up to Deer Park I got a flat tire so I had my truck delivered here. While waiting for my truck I spoke with a great staff that showed me all available options and prices for each. I decided to replace all 4 tires and was able to set up a payment plan that works well for me.
