Was traveling through the area when my check engine light came on in my Ram diesel pickup. Of course I pulled into the dealer, but was told they could not even look at it to let me know if it was safe to drive!! The dodge dealer!! I told the service adviser I was only in the area for a few days and knew of no where else to go. He offered to put me on the schedule for next month! The owner of this dealership needs to train the service advisers to be more helpful to dodge owners in a bind. Shame.

Had a full fluids service, had to take my teuck back in because my front&rear differential covers had multiple loose bolts. So did my transmission. After they rechecked my fluids and fixed the bolts I got home and noticed my filler caps on the differentials were only finger tight.. I would be screwed if I never checked these things both times.. very disappointed 😞

Good repair shop experience. Rental car is 10 bucks per day so you can still get stuff done. Luckily my vehicle was done in 5hrs.

My wife and I are 3K miles from home pulling a 5th wheel with my Ram truck when we discover a fuel leak on our last day in Port Angeles. It turns out to be a leaky fuel filter. I called the Wilder service department and talked to Derek, service advisor. He was great! Very understanding of our time table and future commitments to travel down the west coast. He asked us to bring it right in. By mid afternoon we were happy campers again. Thanks Derek!Also, you know when you walk into a business and can tell the atmosphere immediately? This one felt great! Employees chatting it up. Customers happy and appreciative.

Took our dodge dart in for an alignment. The staff at the service counter were extremely helpful. They were running a little behind and offered a car for me to use. I kept it overnight and returned the car in the morning when I picked up our car. They didnt try to force any services on us and did an outstanding job. We will be back for our future service needs.

Took minivan in to fix check engine light and when I went to pick it up, it still had issues. I paid the bill, but was very unhappy about my experience. I brought my concerns forward, and they responded.This is the rest of the story. Wilder Dodge service agent, Daniel, called and ask me to bring the car back. I brought the car back and in less than 24 hours the minivan was fixed, at no charge. Vehicles are very complex, sometimes new parts can be defective, or maybe a broken wire will send the auto tech down the wrong path. Regardless of the reason, WIlder Dodge made good on my issue, and I sincerely appreciate their effort to make my experience at Wilder a good one. My thanks to Daniel and the staff at Wilder Dodge for reaching out and making right. Again, Thank you!

Bought brand new 2018 Wrangler JK over the summer. Salesperson was Greta and would absolutely buy a thousand cars from her because she was absolutely AWESOME!!! Really recommend her to buy a car from. Today went to the service department and Rick initially treated my wife and I like we were lying about never using the spare tire on the Wrangler (news flash....never used it, you were the first person to ever put a lug nut wrench to it), then replaced the wheel with a used one that was scratched up after telling us its brand new, see, the sticker is still on it. Then when we called him after getting back home and discovering that it was scratched and dirty he tells us to deal with the parts department because that is who gave him the wheel. Frickin LIVID!!! Make this right and I will change this review but for now this is what you get Dan. BTW...still Super happy with how we were treated by Greta but that service department ...Update: to date we have been contacted by service department manager Jerry regarding this issue. My wife and I met with him yesterday and he was appropriately apologetic and offered several remedies for the issue with the wheel. We came to an amicable agreement to remedy the issue and he assured us that he will make things right. Jerry treated us with respect and was very professional. The wheel issue is scheduled to be remedied this Thursday after which I will update this review again.Final update pertaining to this review: The issue with the wheel has been completely resolved and my wife and I are pleased with said resolution. All employees that my wife dealt with when she returned it to the shop to finish were VERY polite and courteous.The only reason this is not a 5 star review is due to the initial issue which Im just going to chalk up to a bad day or something (who hasnt been there right?) If I had the ability I would gladly rate it a 4.5 or even a 4.75 star if I were able to. All in all still super glad we bought from Wilder. Maybe even moreso now with the knowledge that the business does appear quite willing to ensure the satisfaction of its customers.

Brought truck in for repair was told 2 different times nothing was wrong with it charged me both timesand i got it back with damage to my rear bumper the second time (they told me that they had to review the videos and would get back to me. I called them after 2 weeks and they still didnt review the videos. I Ended up just dropping it after 3 months. Its like talking to a brick wall). finally took it to a different shop turned out it had a blown headgasket. insurance made me bring it back to wilder had them preform service took over 3 weeks. Got it back drove down the road about 10 miles and truck died in the middle of the road. Called wilder (very pissed ) had it towed back to the shop turns out it blew a timing chain they forgot to tighten the bolts to the cam. They fixed it which took a month got it back and less than 3k miles my motor is ticking and shooting error codes brought it back to them they tell me its burning oil now and that they want me to pay them to look at it $104 a hourWhen I told them I wasnt going to pay to fix there problems they told me to get a oil change and go home.Worst service ever. I will never be back would rather pay to have it towed the extra 70 miles then have them touch my truck again

After two experiences of ineptitude, I will not be using Wilder Dodge for service on either of my two RAM 2500 trucks. First was an incomplete servicing of my drive shaft support, which left me high and dry a long way from home when the serviced part impinged on a loose metal coupling that should have been removed during the servicing and wasnt. The other was a wasted appointment for inspecting the vehicle, and after a long wait they got to the vehicle and then put it on the back burner and werent working on it.No thanks to Wilder.

After spending almost $1,000 trying to fix a computer problem, I was delighted to finally get the diagnosis correct - rodent damage to the wiring. The mechanic showed me the problem and had repaired quickly.
