Good coffee and sandwich options, however none of that can mask the poor attitude and customer service of one employee who is consistently there. I promise you if you weren’t having a bad day you will be after getting serviced by her. The blonde girl, bigger build, with a tattoo on her bicep is put out even if you ask for a simple cup of coffee. She has no problem telling you how much of an inconvenience you are through her voice. Every time I have gone there she has been anything but friendly or professional. But don’t worry even if she isn’t manning the drive thru you will get to hear her talk bad about customers aloud or even better yet her personal life. During those tangents you are completely obsolete. She will gladly be practically yelling while talking smack as you wait 10 minutes, at least, to get your order. While I understand people have off days, this had been any day my family, friends, or I go. She has no business being in customer service.

I always stop by here when Im in Sequim (even tho its in Port angeles!). They have oatmilk, they make delicious decaf, and their mochas have a nice, bitter chocolatey flavor

Good coffee and good, simple breakfast food. Id recommend calling ahead and walking up to the window rather than going through the drive through line. The wait in the morning can be a bit long! I would recommend the biscuits and gravy for a quick bite.

This is one of my favorite little drive thru coffee spots. The girls are always very nice and get your drink done just right! They use good quality stuff there their drinks are delicious! The sandwiches are great to! You fill out a little slip and they put exactly what you want on it! Way better than subway!!!!

The barista was exceptional. We had four orders in our car. She kept them all straight and prepared each drink perfectly and quickly. While it is a drive-through kiosk, there is also parking available and a picnic area.

Great coffee, a good food selection for a coffee shop. I love that you can call ahead and order lunch to pick up. There can sometimes be a long wait around lunch time so be prepared, but its worth the wait.

Unfriendly staff. I got attitude when I switched my drink from cold to hot by the tall skinny blonde and every other time Ive come she never greets me, never smiles, and looks miserable the whole time. Drink was luke warm. All around a miserable experience. Wont be returning

This is my favorite place to get coffee ♡ both locations are amazing and the staff are always friendly helpful and make the best coffee in town I have never once been disappointed. They have lots of great choices for other drinks and snacks or breakfast and lunch its fairly priced and always worth the trip as well as grand view being attached with my favorite chicken strips and jojos yum!

Threw my drink in the trash. I asked for a chai latte made with heavy cream and sugar free vanilla and I received it with way too much heavy cream so I returned it and asked if it could be poured into a larger cup and have some water added so it’s drinkable and the barista gave me a ton of Attitude and said I should order it a different way next time. Ummmmm no other espresso stand has had problem with it and handed me an undrinkable drink before! WTH

Amazing local coffee shop love that they know my drink and cat by heart. I recommend a pomagrante lemonade spritzers its so good and tart!!

Pretty expensive, inconsistent with how much they charge, same girl, different days, same coffee could be a $1 less or more..Dont get me wrong, they are good people and make damn good coffee but the inconsistent-ness really turns me away.Then, when they normally give me a childs cup with nothing in it, today they charged me $1 for the cup. 😐.. just so inconsistent...

Very interesting little spot. No indoor seating. (Didnt realize that, if we had known we would have just done the drive through 😂) the coffee was pretty good and while the baristas werent particularly nice but they were effecient and fast.

Just passing through town and did not expect such wonderful service! The barista (blonde with a braid) was super helpful! They have a great selection of non-dairy milk, too!! This place exceeded my expectations in service and flavor (sooo good). Im sad I dont live closer! Thanks for making my morning :)

It didnt taste like they put coffee in my drink. There are always a bunch of younger people working at both locations. I once had someone ask me if I want them to use my debit card or gift card first........Akward

Higher grounds is a solid company for coffee but their staff is unprofessional and rude. The young girls I interacted with prove to be immature and drama driven. If only coffee was the true priority.
