What a wonderful coffee shop and breakfast spot. Coffee drinks were great (mocha, cappuccino, iced latte and americano) and breakfast was delicious and made to order! The decor was a rustic and wooden classic feel and the atmosphere was cozy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of gluten free treats but no vegan ones.
As a born local, this town is a tourist town. So people come here and go to a coffee shops, restaurants or wherever, enjoying their vacation vibes and leaving places 5 stars. That creates such a fake reputation for local businesses. These owners had to shut down for months and reopen under a new name last year, you can think of why a business would need to do that. They use cheap Dillanos coffee beans and it always tastes burnt. Their is also no oven there so I am unsure where the baked goods come from. The breakfast meat in chopped frozen sausage patties that are overly salted, the potato that they use are curly fries always under cooked. You watched them throw it together and place in the microwave and then a toaster oven, you can watch this process. I work downtown and have tried this place time and time again with no luck. Please go to a coffee shop that provides local craft coffee, legit owners and fresh in house baked goods, because this town has so many that are under appreciated, just not located downtown. It just breaks my heart to see such businesses have great reviews when any local will tell you different.
The decor and vibes of this play were unreal. Amazing way to start the day! Baristas were awesome and helpful. The black bean burrito was amazing and perfectly filling. Loved the specialty coffee selections.Definitely the outstanding coffee stop on this strip!
We visited this coffee bar twice for breakfast while we were in Port Angeles a little over a week ago. We loved the coffee, and the food. Good service, reasonable prices, great atmosphere! I would definitely recommend it!
One of my favorite locations to meet up with friends. This location seems to have it all. Atmosphere is perfect with great music that is at the perfect level. I have this location set as my go to spot whenever I am in Port Angeles. I have returned again to edit this post to inform anyone reading that I have had yet another great meal and experience here. This is a must visit location. And Happy Birthday to Mark the owner.
Walked into this incredible coffee shop because it looked unique and interesting. So glad that I went in because they have some of the best lattes Ive ever had, hopefully they expand to Puyallup in the future. Was also thrilled to find out that they allow dogs inside. It was funny to watch my dog act all confused as we brought her inside. I recommend the Hook Tender latte it was delicious.
The wait was pretty insane. Im not sure why I stayed in line for 40 minutes, I should have just left. There were only 5 people in front of me when I got in line so it was pretty baffling why it took so long.Once I got my order the coffee was pretty bitter and burnt and also fairly expensive. On the plus side the barista was friendly. Overall a pretty mediocre experience.
Great place! Why open only 3 days a week tho? This town is hurtin for good places as is.
Absolutley hands down the best coffee shop on the peninsula. Best coffee and food and prices. No contest
Was looking forward to getting coffee here but they were closed. Google information said they were open. I guess next time I should check the website.
Delicious coffee and breakfast sandwiches!
What a lovely cafe! Great ambience (not that ambience matters during a pandemic), nice folks working there, fantastic coffee (gf who is a barista said the doppio shots were perfect ) and the food was not only delicious and fresh but the portions were substantial. Very awesome experience, God bless
Amazing place. Super cosey with wood interiors. The pretzel bread with ham for breakfast is amazing. Definitely recommend if you are close by.
Friendly and safe service, excellent high quality coffee and food. Love the flat white and breakfast sandwich. Go in the morning to sit in the sun!
Great drinks, both the iced black coffee and their form of a mocha frappe were well made. The frappe had a more coffee taste than sugar, which we prefer. The inside has cool decor and outside they have a really nice sitting area to eat and drink on a nice morning/day.
Very cute place! Coffee in the front and beer in the back. The decor is pretty neat and service was really good. The coffee was spectacular! We needed some coffee for our Airbnb and camping and decided we’d give it a shot. Very tasty and wondering if they ship to the Spokane area!
Pastries were ok. Coffee was excellent, staff were super nice
Ive come here many times for months and it always has the perfect level of comfort. Coffee, treats, beer, wine, they have it. The music is always inviting and the decor is homey. The staff always have a smile and work quickly. Their kolaches are amazing! Would definitely recommend this stop to travelers.
Fast service. Cool PNW decor. Great coffee!
Just stopping thru the town and this was a great spot to find. good coffee and breakfast.
Food and coffee were very good. Its a small space and no customers seemed to be practicing social distancing but all were wearing masks.
I often visit Port Angeles on my way to hike and explore the Olympic Peninsula. For those on the go this is the must start in the morning for their breakfast wrap. It is honestly the best breakfast wrap I have ever had, huge portion and amazing flavour. I like their selection of coffee and teas, especially the fun names and pairings to make them unique to the region. Consider Bada NW next time you are in town looking for a good coffee in a cool cafe with a great atmosphere.
Great coffee. Great atmosphere, good meeting place. Excellent staff
We just stopped in to get a bag of coffee but what a super cool little cafe! They have a board where you can leave a note and pay ahead for someones coffee which I thought was really special.
Loved it! Great coffee. Very friendly staff...nice place to enjoy a drink with a friend.
Her scones are ridiculous. Very good coffee too. Mmm
Great coffee shop! Im from out of town & was looking for a place that was still serving coffee after 7p on a Saturday & this place was open! I ordered the Bada Hard Cold Brew with Irish Cream liqour and it was delicious!!! My boyfriend loved the Bull of the Woods (sans liquor). Well definitely be going back if we visit again!!
Loved this place. Latte was excellent and the breakfast burrito was Hugh and delectable. Great stop - decor/atmosphere was cool too!
The best coffee I have EVER had. Try the Into the Woods but ask for it to be made with Black Rifle Coffee. Went to this place 3 days in a row (never do that when not traveling). Great owners and staff!
I have been ordering the same breakfast sandwich from here for a while now. On good days, its what I want and Im happy, but the quality has been falling lately: component items out of stock, overcooking, giving me the wrong item entirely or switching out the sauce without asking. I will no longer be going here.
Loved this place. We were on a trip visiting Seattle, Olympic, and the PNW and this was a great stop on our travels.
Good coffee doesnt come in dark roast. Other than that, nice place.
The coffee was decent. A moderate amount of seating and stylish decor. The barista was friendly. Nice ambience but not a lot of natural light
Great pint of cider! Fun little place great place to hang with a couple of friends and enjoy a few points while talking or playing games! They also have great coffee drinks and good snacks and lunch type eats
(March 2018) Rating is for the latte--good but not great. 5 stars for style, though. Id hang out.(Dec 2018) Came back thru Port Angeles with husband--he is raving over his 16oz triple shot white coffee white chocolate mocha with hazelnut, and devoured his breakfast burrito. Hed give the place 5 stars.Bathroom only for customers.Weve tried a few other places around Port Angeles, so far this is our preference.Takeaway: For simple drinks, the straight up espresso to latte range is good but not fantastic. The hot milkshake range is fantastic. They carry white coffee. The breakfast menu is coffeehouse style and apparently flavorful and generous.
Bada...BING! This was a great little pick me up spot after we had come down from visiting Hurrican Ridge in Olympic NP. The service was quick and friendly. This coffee was reasonably priced and tasted better than I was expecting. I would definitely go back.
Staff made me feel unsafe - no masks or social distancing and very strange decal promoting violence. Will never return
Good coffee and good, but my breakfast sandwich wasnt quite heated up all the way. However, it was fresh and tasty. Great vibe within the shop, would certainly visit again.
Oh man this place is awesome! Brought the dog in and chilled on the cozy couch. The service was amazing and friendly. The coffee was tasty. The environment was welcoming. I found my Port Angeles spot...
Not sure what the other reviews are going on about. The staff was super friendly. Nice, warm atmosphere inside. Burrito was delish, and coffee was good and reasonably priced.
Great and affordable coffee, beatiful and rustic shop, and tasty snacks. Cant beat it! I wouldnt bring a whole party though because it is a fairly small shop. Get the Timber beast specialty if you drop by: its flavorful, chocolate filled, and not too sweet!
Cute quad simple coffee shop great place to get some work done working out of the office
Stopped to grab a coffee to go and ended up staying. Had a great breakfast burrito. Our barrista Cara was great.Stop at locally owned coffee shops for a better experience.
Great place! Coffee was on point, atmosphere was great and do not forget a baked treat.
Great vibe, location and superb coffee with an excellent variety to choose from. The shop has a welcoming feel and friendly helpful staff along with a trendy eclectic atmosphere. Prices are what you would expect and consistent in the area.
Excellent vibe, very chill place and nice servers. Good place to come and enjoy a cup of coffee while relaxing. All I ordered was a black drip coffee and it was pretty good.
Yummy food! Cool lil atmosphere, mounted goats with bowties. Historic pictures and decor.
Stopped in here for some coffee before the ferry, and enjoyed their pastries as well ask kind baristas and fun stack of games to pass the time!
Very cool place to hang out and relax or chat with friends. Awesome hometown coffee shop. Prime example of Puget Sound at its finest
The barista was kind & withit! First time in & she helped me navigate the unique menu expertly. The dirty chi was stunning! Enjoyed the energy in the space & the music made me feel at home instantly. Also, adored that you can gift coffee money to a friend & the amount is on masking tape on a board. There was something absolutely endearing & sweet about this. The transparency that we all enjoy gifts to this warm giving space, beautiful. Im planning on going back & buying tape for a friend. I will go back & spend more time there!!! Rave! ♡♡♡♡♡♡
The Campers Delight was great. Best coffee in Port Angeles. Cant wait to come back here!
Pros: great location, phenomenal coffee from BRCC, breakfast burrito was massive, good seating options and cool decorCons: the women behind the counter were a bit snooty with another customer who needed an explanation on a few drinks. Everyone was new to coffee at some point, no need to be an arse about it
If you like your espresso over-roasted, burnt and/rancid tasting with lots of sugary flavors, this is the perfect place for you. If you like smooth coffee that doesnt need to be covered up with lots of flavorings, there are better options in downtown.
They are so popular in port angels! Even you choose any bread, the taste is pretty nice. Cheddar cheese bread (scone) and pies are worth to try
Coffee is ok, but service sucks!!! Baristas are really really rude. Cute little coffee shop. Really wanted to like it.
Great little coffee shop with lots of wood furniture, logging artifacts, and comfortable places to sit. Games available for use!
I loved it and now i found out that they are dog friendly so we can take Molly there.
My husband had a Timber Beast coffee, which was delicious. I dont drink coffee, so I wanted a mango smoothie, but they were out of mango. Their prices for hot cocoa were blacked out... so I didnt end up getting anything. So, for me, it was three stars. For my husband, it was four stars.
Quick stop for a pick me up. Excellent swe ice and a great Mocha and Latte.
The coffee was good, though they don t have cappuccino on the menu. The service was quick and friendly.
Nothing much to write about here. Do you need coffee? They sell coffee here.
Its always great & worth the wait! I had a blended, Vanilla Chai with a Strawberry Rhubarb little muffin. YUM!!
Fantastic service always. Love the people here and the atmosphere. The coffe is well made and the food tasty. Highly recommended.
Awesome place. Very interesting decor. Nice staff and black rifle coffee.
Fantastic coffee, unreal breakfast burrito (that’s great to have before a hike), friendly staff, and wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommend!
Incredible place to get away from everything and study. What is better than a cozy little coffee shop, caffeine, and solid couple hours of studying?
Our favorite coffee shop in town - we stop by any time we are in the area! Good coffee, good food, and good beer. Lumber mill themed with a comfy seating area in back.
Happiest staff Ive ever met. Amazingly on espresso perfect temp and volume. Beer good. Vibe perfect. Going back to Port Angeles because of this place.
I went here about four times in two days. The coffee is good but the breakfast kolache is even better. Very relaxing and comfortable place to eat drink and relax.
This is my go to coffee place in town! The service is great, friendly and quick. And of course the coffee and food you can get there never disappoints.
This coffee shop is so fantastic I never go anywhere else. Love you guys you are fantastic.
Really fun selection of drinks and snacks - great central location - definitely stop in if you have a moment between down town shops!
Great coffee, burrito with pulled pork was delicious and very filling. all made quickly with solid service.
Cool spot with a sweet vibe, lots on the menu, coffee, alcohol and free wifi!
Great coffee! The Japanese matcha was very tastee. Ice tea was fresh brewed. Breakfast sandwiches are just like I would make myself and very reasonably priced. Nice atmosphere
Great NW coffee shop vibes. Staff not the friendliest, but such yummy coffee and quick bites. Affordable as well.
Great atmosphere, very friendly barista and definitely enjoyed my coffee!
Decent coffee and pastries, fun decor, weirdly rude employees.
Great place for people and your pup. Great coffee (Dillanos) and great choices. Plus dog biscuits for your pup.
Great coffee shop when you arrived early for the the ferry. Great tasting coffee. Would go again.
Great customer service. Welcoming environment.
Cheers to Krissy Marvelle and her wonderful hospitality. Bada NW is simply the warmest and most inviting spot on PA.
Very upscale, but not overly expensive -mostly large food portions (I couldnt finish my gravy biscuits -and Im a fatty)
