I’ve had two windows installed by Mathew’s Glass. They’ve also replaced rotten window trim and caulking around another window and a sliding door. They are professional and thorough and really do a fantastic job at explaining what the process. The finished work also looks great. They provide exceptional customer service from beginning to end!

Couldnt cut material in millimeters. Im not sure if they were being condescending or what on the phone. Do you have an American measuring tape? It is called imperial, and yes I do. There are no thirds in American measurements. In short, they were unable to make some rather simple plexiglass panels for me in accurate dimensions.

Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. I needed something in an emergency situation and they made it happen. My friend had her windows done by Mathews and she was really happy too. I recommend these guys!

I’m really upset! Since brought my new kitchen cabin door to get some glass put on them. got home didn’t even think twice of double checking if any damage by trusting them. And a week after decided to clean my kitchen realize crack on a door and scratch. I called them to try to have an answer to fix the problem and deny anything happen and don’t want to do anything. Blaming me for it!
