The best bike shop in town, very knowledgeable years and years of real hands-on experience good quality parts nice selection of merchandise. I find myself going in just to look around and talk without needing anything.

Matt and Kelsey at Pacific Motorcycle (formerly Olympic Powersports) are very professional, knowledgeable, funny, and kind. I am doing a two months cross-country motorcycle trip and when my bike stopped running, they got me back on the road within less than a day what otherwise could have been a long ordeal.When my BMW G650GS Sertão stopped running near Mora, WA, I called Matt and he offered me to take a look at the bike first thing in the morning despite him having a very packed schedule. He immediately diagnosed that my battery was dead, despite showing regular surface charge but at the same time, it failed under load. To complicate matters, the bike started but wouldn’t idle with a shop battery, so Matt dug further and quickly found a poor connection in a sensor under my seat. While he dedicated any free time between other appointments to get me back on the road ASAP, his partner Kelsey kept me company in the shop (which has a large selection of gear for any motorcycle enthusiast).Once it was clear I needed a new battery, Kelsey called all shops in Port Angeles and found the one that had a matching battery. She gave me a ride so I could pick it up right away and they got me on the road the same day what otherwise could have meant being ‘stuck’ in town for a day or two.Kudos to Matt & Kelsey and keep it up! Your professionalism and kindness are greatly appreciated. 120mi later and the battery runs very smoothly.

Excellent place for hard to find parts.

Matt built the top end on my yz 250f and helped me with a bunch of other stuff on my bike and I couldnt be happier! Great service, prices, and communication, and an all around great experience from a local shop and I will likely have future work done by this shop. Super happy about work they did for me. So happy in fact, Ill most likely be bringing my bike there for some carb work/ dialing in. )
