My car was fixed beautifully. Only downside is they didn’t clean the inside of my car. Workers left behind alot of dirt inside. Other than that like I said great work on the outside.

I just got the vehicle today, so I’d like more time driving it to make sure everything is good. That’s the only reason for my 4 stars instead of 5. The work speaks for itself

Did not hit a single milestone time wise. Took over a month to repair. Poor communication between employees, resulting in my truck sitting at the shop untouched for almost three weeks. However, repairs were completed well. Truck looks great.

Mayra is the best. She took care of everything through the insurance company and we didnt have to worry about a single thing. They even finished 2 days ahead of schedule. They will always have my business.

I brought my Toyota Tundra in to get a dent removed and they left it perfect. They matched the paint really good and got the shape back on the truck like nothing had ever happened. To top it off while they painted the side where the dent was they also took care of some large scratched I had on my tailgate.

Quick & easy. The staff stayed in contact regarding services. They informed me of any issues. My car looked AMAZING!!

Lupe was professional and good to with with. My vehicle unfortunately was totalled. So I have no input of the repair work they provide.

Lady at the front desk wasn’t friendly at all, nor welcoming. I did notice my hood was not replaced, but overall the work looked good, and I was satisfied with the results.

Go elsewhere. Over priced, ZERO customer incentives, and blatant arrogance is rampant here. I will NEVER shop here again nor will I ever recommend another vehicle from this place to another soul. I bought all my vehicles here for 10 years and my husband and in-laws 20+ years prior. Classic is an excellent choice or go to Ron Carter League City.

I wasnt expecting my car to be done so fast. It only took a week. Staff was very friendly and professional.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! THEY ARE HORRIBLE. We went with them because they were able to get us in earlier than other shops and the reviews werent bad. After fixing our vehicle, we still had issues, our running lights still werent working (wed told them about this when we brought it in. This was after getting rearended) and after we get it back, our entire right side back lights isnt working and there is still a shake in our door, clearly indicating that our frame was not all the way fixed. Not only that, but the day after picking it up, we went to open our back latch door and the ENTIRE LATCH CAME OUT.We bring it back in, they take an additonal week and 2 days. Our lights are fixed, but about 1 & 1/2 hours after picking the car up, we start having problems with the back latch opening again. My husband brings it back (about 4 hours after picking it up) and they tell him because it looks like we got in another accident (there was a dent in the door from trying to get it to close all the way because we couldnt get it open), they are not responsible for it. Then had the nerve to tell us that we are causing the workers stress due to it being 2 days before the Thanksgiving holiday because we want our car fixed. I would not recommend anyone bring their car to this place.

My wife was treated so bad she got hit by someone running a stop sign so she thought itd be best to take it to the Ford company will that was a big mistake because first they pulled out the dent and did not fix the broken light or the front part that was cracked all up and anything that she told them about what they needed done she had to continue coming back and forth to get them to do it the supervisor there was over everything promised her that if something was wrong that they would see it and they would contact the insurance company ask for more money that was not the case so many lies do not take your car to the Ford Motor Company I dont understand why they are rushing they try to hurry up so that means that your vehicle will be treated any type of way never did that even offer to give her a rental car so my wife has been out of a car for almost 2 weeks

I called about 0800 this morning to see if you could look at my 2016 F150, my heat and AC stopped working. 4 plus hours later a young lady returns my call., piss poor customer service.
