A nice place to get auto parts, if know exactly what you need.

My daughter goes in for a new battery, the parts boy was to busy asking for her snap chat and getting upset that she wouldn’t give it to him that he put the battery on backwards. He went and got the manager and the manager flipped it around and said it would be fine. NO IT IS NOT FINE, had to tow it out because they blew the fuses and the alternator(which had previously been checked)Sexual harassment is real and punishing a young girl by purposely stranding her is not the way to get it !

I went Saturday around 12:00 and there was this chubby girl that speaked spanish that was helping me and my dad, she really needs to be trained on how to help customers makes autozone look bad if I could, I would take stars away

Fidel was extremely helpful in finding the specific air filter we needed as well as being all around polite and professional. He helped us get the correct and affordable battery for our car. He then also helped us swap out the old for the new. His sociable and outgoing personality made the experience very pleasant in comparison to the normal visit for parts. Also, the audible commentary which I was told about but didnt hear was VERY much appreciated 😂😉

Walked In was able to find exactly what I needed, had a question on one of the products, and the employee answered it right away, store looked neat and clean.

Wented bring a battery to get charged. And the work who was a guy though I could pick it up higher and put it on the counter. So this is what the men workers think about helping womens. So I wouldnt suggests any womens going without an man especially if its something heavy.

The guys there were very nice and helped me right away, the manager was kind enough to tell me how to install the part I needed. Although they did sell me the wrong part it was easily exchanged and all was good ☺ I was there after 9pm and there were a lot of crazy people walking by, lately there have been many game rooms opening up around town.

My husband and I went to this location to test my car battery. The worker said the tester was broken which was fine. I asked my husband if we should just charge it or buy a new one. The worker interrupted us and said hello, comprende!! My husband and I were speaking English the whole time! He was so rude and racist with us. I spoke to the assistant manager about it and he didnt even care. Never again will i go there. Worst service Ebert

Very Helpful & Took The Time To Hook Up To The Computer To Know Exactly What Was Going On. And Never Felt Rushed, By Asking Questions. Wish I Could Remember The Guy Name So I Could Brag. I Will Have To Go Back & Get It.. He Did Better At Checking My Truck Out Than My x Ever Even Tried.

Friendly staff but it took a bit to find my online order. All of the items order were already at the store. When I placed my order it indicated I would be notified when it would be ready but I never was. It took the staff approximately 45 minutes to find out the order had already been fulfilled and was ready for pickup. Overall not a horrible experience but inconvenient.

Slow service very unprofessional and didn’t know how to give me a correct reading of my rear rotor diameter. Went across the street to Oreilys.. Three other employees standing around talking while I wait. Wouldn’t recommend to come back.

Went in to buy a pair of whippers for my truck, fast service, knowledgeable staff, clean store.

They dont help you when u have questions about ur car. Apparently they sell parts but arent allowed to help u out even a bit with them. Pretty messed up.

Well disappointed and will not do business with autozone again. I brought a battery that I purchased from Autozone to be recharged. The next day I returned for the battery I was told it the battery wasnt rechargeable. The salesperson told me that it was out of warranty and the cost of another battery was $125+. So I took my battery to NAPA, and it was recharged. You can bit that will not set foot in a Autozone ever again.

Not only did they install my new battery for free but they also cleaned all the acid buildup on the terminal so I wouldnt have to replace it. The battery also came with a 5 year warranty.

Takes a while for someone to help you out over here. Maybe if you go in the morning when theyre not busy, but after 6 or 7 it gets pretty busy.

The staff was rude as well as uneducated about there occupation; let alone poor customer service.
