I been for the oil changes never a problem

I love this place! The guys know their jobs and you get great service. I have never had any problems since Ive been going for my oil changes.

Great place to get the oil changed in your vehicles. Friendly, fast and reliable service. Didnt bat an eye when my wife told the gentleman working that she needed an oil change and a new oil filter. Price was reasonable and we were in and out in twenty five minutes tops. Did not try to sell us anything we did not need. Would highly recommend to any one need standard lube work.

They were fast but my car have an funny smell know like they used old oil instead of new oil. And I couldnt get back in the hood it was hard to opening. And I still havent been able to check it to see if its clean our dirty.

I usually dont have a wait time to get my oil changed here. One of the employees went above and beyond to help educate me on the difference between regular oil and synthetic, which I greatly appreciated.

I was impressed by the speed of the service, the friendliness of the staff, and that additional problems with my car were pointed out and addressed. And the price was very comfortable for me. Ill definitely be going back. Thats another thing, its very close to my house and near restaurants. I walked and had lunch while my car was being fixed.

Would be a nice place to do business with if they completed the job you pay for. Didnt do the grease job I payed for and had to go back. When I got home I looked and found all grease certs were still full of dirt and never touched. Looks like I will be looking for a better service stop.Go down the street and you will get better service.

Went in for a sputtering problem, got it fixed so I thought. They said they did a diagnostic scan on my vehicle and the only thing they found was a bad spark plug. Fine. So the put in a new one and charged me $206.64. I got in my vehicle and started it up and the same happened. The engine light came on and the check charging power system light. Drove around and sure enough my vehicle died on me. Took it back to Precision and the tech. said that it was a wire that had gotten exposed so he put some electrical tape on it and told me it was fixed again. Drove my vehicle for a while and then all the power went out and my vehicle died again. I had a mechanic from another garage look at it and they told me that it was my alternator. All that time and money wasted.

My oil run out to fast. Its always been like that until my mother said the same thing about them..

I was charged for a regular oil change. What I received was the wrong type of oil and a possibility my motor will need replacement. When I made this business aware of the issue, not one person offered a resolution. Dont come here for anything... unless you like waiting for a big headache. When they called me about my review and experience they proceeded with disrespect. The gentleman decided to hang up prior to me explaining how they could be more accountable as a business.

Get there at 8AM to avoid long wait times if you can. Been servicing all my vehicles at this location for about 8-9 years. F-150 2010 was having transmission issues: not downshifting right, shuddering, even clanking when coming to a sudden stop. Got the transmission service (fluid exchange, new filter, pan service) and an oil change. Now the truck is back to running like a champ.

Went here for a cooling system diagnosis and paid to fix the problem but my coolant was still leaking out, turns out it was the thermostat the whole time, didnt take a rocket scientist to figure that out. Then i received an oil change, couple days later my engine locked up out of no where. my maintenance was up to date, no lights on the dash or anything . I will never trust another vehicle here again.

This place charged us over $500. To replace head gaskets that they told us were causing the oil leak.Our car, is leaking worse and they told US to wash the motor so THEY could find the leak!!I only rated a 1 because you cant comment if you put a 0...Do not use this place.THEY are NOT mechanical incline about vehicles!

When in today for oil change I for got money on my door and when I came back money was gone person that did my oil change stoled it he looks young mid 20s blonde curly hair he denies what happened I called cops filled a police report and cameras in their dont even work....So be careful dont leave anything in your vehicle because if it gets stolen manager or Distric Manager wont do anything to help!!!

Wrost Service I ever experienced . They over charged me for a service and broke a part on my vehicle in the process. I went to the shop to resolve the issue and they wont address my concerns.Never bring your car to this shop they will rip you off.Eric is the manager he has the worst customer service ever.Eric said he didnt care if I brought my car back and didnt care if I reported this business for poor service.I will not send anyone to this shop and will report business as the worst I cant for people to be ripped off unacceptable

Synthetic oil change..58 dollars. Nothing special just plain oil change cost 58 dollars. Even dealer charges 39 dollars. It took more than 1 hours.They will charge you every single dollar on each work.

I took a friend. She was very pleased with the service, and knowledge that the crew had. She felt that they was priced reasonably.

They dont do alignments or balance when I had a oil change. oil leaked in my driveway and I went back amd that said nothing was wrong. horrible experience every time they tried to charge me 350 to 440 for brake changes the other day I bought the front and rear for 55 at auto zone and did them myself nothing but scam artists there

The worst mechanic shop ever, never recommended! Its manager Glen is the most caddish person ever, He doesnt even know what customer service means, he never listen to you and eventually come up with the idea that there was a misunderstanding between him and you! and never take the responsibility of his fault!Additionally, he insulted me right in front of the other customers by telling me get F@*ck off my store. keep in mind this is how you are going to get treated !

Got oil change. Drain plug left loose. I noticed drip in work parking lot thankfully.

Its ridiculous they tried charging me for a synthetic oil when i called my dealer and they clearly stated my vehicle does not need synthetic oil unless its 75,000 miles my car has not even hit 50,000 miles they only wanted to charge me more because my rewards card is one oil change away from my free oil change ridiculous way of trying to upcharge you just to get away with charging you the free oil change when ive always been there to get a conventional oil change !!!

Always great but today the tech did not read the paper and did regular synthetic instead of mobil 1 synthetic had to wait even more for them to redo it been here for 3 hrs
