We made an appointment over 2 weeks ago for a popping noise our passenger door was making. We have to drive over an hour and a half to get to this dealership. We explained our passenger door was no longer making a noise but could they check it out to see if it possibly needed an adjustment. Stephanie basically told us if our car door wasn’t making the noise we said it was there was nothing they could do about it. If we wanted to leave it we could but we’d just have to wait and again, if the door wasn’t making the popping noise had been, there was nothing they could do. She was extremely rude and DID NOT care. We will say this, this will be the last vehicle we buy from here because of the service department. If this is the kind of service provided we will not be buying another vehicle which we usually do every 2-3 years.

Purchased my truck new 2 years ago, have had the same issue since, after several attempts service listened and saw the issue. Part ordered. Scheduled service 10 days out on the calendar. Dropped truck off 6 business days ago, on Scheduled appointment, truck has NOT moved/touched.Speak to Ken, service Mgr, he finds and tells us the ball was dropped with dispatch.Spoke to John GM and waiting again!!!!!!No apologies, only attitude from EVERY person involved. Sad 😥 NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE! They HAD a great service guy that quit and its been awful ever since!!!

I brought my 2017 Accord to them with 3 check engine lights...they didnt reset anything, didnt diagnose anything ....and charged me $154Very disappointed in their service department.Absolutely the worst !

Do not waste your time bring you your vehicle to twin City Honda service have vehicle for over a week have you begun to work on it it would be better to have your three year old work on your car and get it done faster than the not so professional not so quick mechanics they have working at this freaking quack job. This is an anybody in particular this is all of them at the service from scheduling to the mechanics all of them swear I think this would be a Ford dealership really lets the Honda name down

If I could give this place 0 Stars I would. Taking my car to them was the biggest mistake of my life. Damaging my car and then blaming it on me is just not acceptable. I baby my car and I would know if I had these kind of scratches on it when I brought it in but it was definitely on there when I picked it up!!!! See you in court
