Customer service was absolutely great! Everybody was so friendly and answered any questions I had/checked in to make sure I was still doing okay! Definitely will be going back!

The customer service was excellent! Went to get my wife birthday gifts and they were very organized. Huge sale and had employees at the door with bags ready to go. Very knowledgeable employees and very nice. Def a good experience. Will be back!

Love this place and could easily spend a whole paycheck here. Unfortunately they were out of the scent I needed so I saved a little bit. Still was able to grab a few more sanitizers and a few holders before the holidays.

Those little spray fragrances- they are definitely mini in size but strong in fragrance.

I live in the area that the Hurricane hit. Both stores are closed. I wanted to use my coupons so we drove a hour to Texas and bought my Fall candles. Very helpful and friendly employees.

I like their annual sales which are usually up to 75% off, after Christmas and in the summer. Their candles and all the body lotions, shower gels, etc. have a long lasting scent and theyre not watery or cheap smelling at all. I definitely like to stock up on their products to give as gifts throughout the year.

This place always has so much to choose from!! I always end up leaving with more than I intended to buy!! I love the car fresheners. There are so many fragrances to choose from! I wish they made more options with the rose and ivy fragrance. I would have loved if they had the lotion and shower gel in this one!! But I was able to get this fragrance in hand soap, a candle and the car freshener so I still left happy!!

Great place. every item has a place, making it easy for you to find what you want. If you still cant find what you are looking for, the staff is there to help. My advice..go when there are sales, especially if you want their three wick candles. Normally they are about 25 dollars. If you sign up for email, it tells you when the sales start, or you can check their website. Overall I love the place, clean store with a friendly staff that does not hover over you as you look around.

Bath& Body Works is a wonderful store where I purchase all of my shower gel, body lotion & perfume body spray and they always have great sales and great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone to shop there. They are having their semi-annual sale right now.

Love this place, personnel friendly and helpful

So I personally love BBW but I went there with my mom about a week ago and felt kinda uncomfortable by the glances of whom I assume is the manger. She proceeded to basically stare my mom and I down as we shopped. During check out I asked if they were hiring really to see if I would receive a honest answer to which she told me they were only looking for full time managers which contradicts what is on the website. A Black genltmen then walks in and ask if they sold perfume. She rudley pointed to the wall and told him they all perfumes her exact quote, which they werent they were body sprays. I felt sorry for the guy because she asked everyone in the store if they needed help except him, when he obviously needed help to pick out a gift. I think the new management is rude and doesnt understand the difference between perfume and body spray, maybe she should go back to training or seek a better fit job where she doesnt have to interact with people.
