I absolutely love this store. Today I went in for a very particular color and style of wig. The sales associate was extremely patient with me and even though it took 20 minutes and tons of wigs she made sure I left with just the right wig. Definitely my go to store for all things hair.

It appears the owners must live here as well- the untamed undisciplined children running around the store back and forth through the door to the living area- no regards to customers that are shopping! Pudgy little boy with long stick almost hit me twice I gave him that-I will hit back look...he twirled the stick again knocking products off the shelf and just walked away! As I headed to cashier- pudgy is now behind the register still hitting this stick on the floor as hard as he can- desperate I bought a wig on display discount $4.00 Other stores give up to 25% off when the customer purchases a wig thats on display...not Oprah Beauty Supply. BEST believe never patronize again.

The young lady that waited on me was not knowledgeable. Very unconcerned. The wig on display you should have been discount more than 4 dollars beside he did have a new wig bag to place it in. Kind of unprofessional

This is a decent size store full of stuff with a lot of very nice wigs. The store was clean and the sales staff were super nice, friendly, and so helpful. Would definitely go here again and would recommend them to anyone needing a wig, headpiece, or other accessory.

Always have something you need. From hair to clothing

They usually have the products that I need, but, whenever it comes to frontals, I wouldnt recommend. I spent $129.00 beforehand of tax on a 14 inch frontal of their own. Whenever I got home to check out the frontal it had a bald patch of line. I immediately went back to return and they wanted to exchange. The exchange had to much hair plucked with half lace to cut off. I would figure, if you havent altered the product or closure or frontal they should give you a return. If you can go online and purchase bundles, frontals and closures from other companies and they will give you refunds I think a local town beauty supplier should do the same. Especially, on big purchases that havent been altered.

I dont know the young ladys name but shes very attentive and shows a lot of professionalism towards her customers. The young lady is a woman of color and a very sweet young lady and is always a helping hand when I go their. Great salesmanship. So, I gave you guys 5 🌟 not because the young lady is of color, but because I always feel comfortable shopping there.

They dont carry tape in extensions and your main product is hair. And no single sided tape. Other than that a nice store.

Never stolen nothing in life But the owner really thought I was trying to.But what he didnt know as I found the items I needed I was bring them up to the register for the cashier to have.I ended up buying hair for a total of 5 people but he kept passing by I was looking in the sale section message goes without saying Everyone doesnt STEAL !!!

I buy all my hair supply there. Some employees are more friendly than others, but thats life. I always walk out satisfied.
